TUPE Information definition

TUPE Information means the information listed as such in Schedule 1 Conditions of Contract, Clause 2 Operating Company’s Main Responsibilities, 2.27 Transfer of Undertakings, 2.27.4 and Schedule 1 Conditions of Contract, Appendix 4 – TUPE Information.
TUPE Information means all information in respect of the employees assigned to the provision of the Services under this Agreement employed by the Supplier which the Client and/or a prospective tenderer and/or a New Supplier may reasonably require including but not limited to:

Examples of TUPE Information in a sentence

  • The Provider warrants that the TUPE Information is complete and accurate as at the date it is disclosed.

  • Any change to the TUPE Information which would increase the total employment costs of the staff in the [six] months prior to termination of the Contract shall not (so far as reasonably practicable) take place without the Council’s prior written consent, unless such changes are required by law.

  • The Contractor shall [and shall procure that any Sub-Contractor shall] ensure at all times that it has the right to provide the TUPE Information under Data Protection Laws.

  • The Contractor warrants that the Contractor’s Provisional Staff List, the Contractor’s Final Staff List and the Staffing Information (TUPE Information) will be true and accurate in all material respects and that no persons are employed or engaged in the provision of the Services other than those included on the Contractor’s Final Staff List.

  • In the event that the Council commences procedures for inviting tenders to provide this Service, the Contractor shall make the TUPE Information available on request to the Council for issue with the tender documentation or to any person/tenderer who expresses an interest in the opportunity.


More Definitions of TUPE Information

TUPE Information means the information listed as such in Schedule 1 Conditions of Contract, Clause 2 Operating Company’s Main Responsibilities, 2.27 Transfer of Undertakings, 2.27.4 and Appendix 4 – TUPE Information and Pension Matters.
TUPE Information means the information set out in clause B17.1.

TUPE Information means information relating to the personnel in any way engaged in the Business, as set forth in Section 1.1yyy) of the Disclosure Schedule, in particular, but not necessarily restricted, to the following: i) the total number of employees employed by Vendor in relation to the Business; ii) the total payroll bill (i.e. total taxable pay and allowances includxxx employer's contributions to pension plans) of the employees at (a) above; iii) in respect of the employees referred to in paragraph (a), the age, sex, job title, grade, general terms and conditions of employment, the date continuous employment commenced and (if different) the commencement date, enhancement rates, any other factors affecting their redundancy entitlement and any outstanding claims arising from employment; and iv) details of any subcontractors or temporary workers employed or used or engaged in the Business in the last twelve (12) months.
TUPE Information means information in respect of the employees assigned to the provision of the Services under this Agreement or to the Commissioned Services which a Partner and/or a future provider of the Services or Commissioned Services may reasonably require including but not limited to pay, salaries, bonuses, overtime pay, holiday pay, sick pay and other benefits; dates of birth; details of continuous service; hours of work; individual terms and conditions of employment; details of collective arrangements or other arrangements or understandings with any trade union, staff body or other representative body of such employees; disciplinary records; details of ongoing disciplinary or grievance matters; policies or other agreements or arrangements or understandings in respect of each of them and any variations agreed thereto; details of any enhanced or contractual redundancy entitlements; and any other materially relevant information relating to the provision of the Services or Commissioned services;
