Once the Department posts the answers to the questions, Respondents may begin submitting Responses as indicated in section 4.4; however, Respondents are encouraged to submit Responses no earlier than five (5) days prior to the submission deadline. Responses must be submitted by the deadline listed in the Timeline of Events, in section 3.6.

a. A Cost Response, which shall:
i. Include a response for a pricing approach to complete each job title, including the estimated hours, and hourly rate to provide all services and deliverables specified in this RFQ; and
ii. Include pricing not to exceed the Respondent’s STC rates.
b. Description of Contractor’s relevant experience implementing and/or managing a disaster recovery program.
c. Biographies and resumes of proposed key personnel who will perform the services in accordance with the Scope of Work.
d. Provide resumes for each of the three (3) full-time positions provided for the period of the Contract or for a period otherwise determined by FloridaCommerce. Each resume shall include a detailed list of projects demonstrating where each individual has previously provided similar services as those stated in this RFQ.
e. Description of the company’s organization capacity.
f. References (Attachment A) from three (3) separate clients, other than FloridaCommerce, for which Contractor performed work similar to that specified in this Scope of Work.
2. Responses are due according to the anticipated schedule below:
Submission of Responses. 1. Responses may address one or both scope areas of this RFQ. Should a respondent decide to submit a response for the BPR or TCM scope only, their submission will still be accepted and evaluated accordingly.
2. Responses must be submitted electronically through the MFMP NextGen System. DEO anticipates the issuance of one (1) but no more than two (2) Contracts for services under this procurement. However, DEO reserves the right to issue multiple Contracts if doing so is believed to be advantageous to DEO and the State of Florida. DEO, at its sole discretion, shall determine whether multiple Contracts will be issued. The Response must include:
a. Responses must include an Introductory Letter. The letter shall include:
i. An executive summary that demonstrates the Respondent’s and proposed team members’ previous experience with Workforce Systems and/or technology projects of similar size and nature.
ii. Descriptions of the company background and experience relevant to Section 1.0 through Section 1.6.
iii. Confirmation that the identified full-time Respondent staff will be dedicated to the Program and the FL WINS projects full-time conducting their work Monday through Friday during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
iv. The length of time the Response is valid, which shall be no less than 180 days.

All responses and any accompanying documentation become the property of Ecology and will not be returned.
