Consent to Electronic Retention and Destruction of Documents. Documentation related to your Account may, at our discretion, be retained by us electronically and the original or originals destroyed. You hereby consent, pursuant to applicable electronic commerce legislation and otherwise, to such documentation being retained by us solely in electronic form and to the destruction of the original or originals. You further agree that the electronic record of your Account documentation is admissible in any legal, administrative, regulatory, self-regulatory or other proceeding as conclusive evidence of the accuracy and completeness of its contents and your agreement to the terms and conditions contained therein in the same manner as the original or originals. In connection with the foregoing, you consent to and waive any right to object to the use, provision, acceptance, enforcement or introduction into evidence in any proceeding of any electronic copy of your Account documentation.
