GUARANTEE DEPOSIT. Upon signing this Lease, the Tenant must pay a guarantee deposit (hereinafter the “Guarantee Deposit”) via a credit card payment. The amount of the Guarantee Deposit is equivalent to one month's Rent and comes to @MTCAUTION€ (zero euros) for which full acquittance is hereby given.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT. To guarantee the performance of the obligations pertaining to the Tenant, the Tenant on signing this Lease pays to the Landlord, who acknowledges this, a sum as a guarantee deposit equivalent to one month of Rent based on a 30 day month. The Guarantee Deposit does not accrue interest in the Tenant’s favour and must not be subject to any review during the performance of the Lease and its possible renewals. The Guarantee Deposit shall be repaid by the Landlord to the Tenant within two months after the (i) Expiry Date or (ii) early termination date. The Guarantee Deposit will only be returned on the condition that the keys are handed over to the Landlord in person or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Landlord or the latter’s agent. The Landlord is entitled to deduct from the Guarantee Deposit any (i) sums remaining due to the Landlord where applicable and (ii) justified sums for which the Tenant could be held responsible. The Tenant is held liable for the payment of the Rent and any Subscribed Services until the Expiry Date and shall not under any circumstances be able to compensate for these with the Guarantee Deposit. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT. For accommodation rentals, a 300-euro deposit is required from the client on the day the keys are handed over and is returned to the client on the day of the end of the rental under possible deduction of the costs of restoration. This guarantee does not constitute a limit of liability.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT. For chalet rentals, a deposit of €380 is required from the customer on the day the keys are handed over and is returned on the day the rental period ends, less any costs incurred for repairs. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability.
