Guarantee. 9.1. The seller guarantees freedom from defects according to the state of technology from time to time for materials and labour for a period of 12 months. 9.2. Within the guarantee period, the purchaser may demand that any defects shall be remedied. 9.3. There shall be no claim to repudiation of the contract or diminution of the purchase price unless the seller is not able to remedy the defect. There shall be no claim to a replacement delivery. 9.4. There shall be no guarantee obligations where the defect that has manifested itself has a causal relationship with the fact that the purchaser has improperly handled the goods or used them beyond their limits or the goods have previously been maintained by a firm that is not approved by the seller for customer servicing.

Guarantee. 14.1 If the goods or work performed shows defects which, under proper use, appear in the product within a period of twelve months from delivery or should not comply with the standards agreed in the contract, the Company agrees to make good by repair, or at the Company’s option, to replace the item free of charge at the place of delivery.. 14.2 The purpose of the goods shall for all purposes be deemed to be that specified in the contract and the Company gives no warranty, guarantee or condition as to the suitability of the goods for any other purpose whether or not made known to them by or on behalf of the purchaser. 14.3 In the case of defects in any component not manufactured by the Company itself, the purchaser shall be only entitled to compensation in so far as the Company is compensated by the supplier of such components. The Company’s liability in such cases is limited to making the benefit of her rights in respect to the supplier available to the purchaser. 14.4 In no event shall the Company be liable whether in contract or tort for any loss of use, or contracts or profits or for any other form of consequential loss howsoever caused and the purchaser will indemnify the Company against all liability in respect thereof.

Guarantee. 6.1 BayWa r.e. Solar Energy Systems shall ensure that all the Software made accessible via the BayWa r.e. Solar Energy Systems website (xxx.xxxxx-xxxxxx.xx) represents the latest available version of said Software.

If you don’t want to wait for an appointment for departure control, we destroy the numbers of your credit card if everything is in order after verification.The sum of 85€ will be deducted from the guarantee if the accommodation had not been cleaned on departure day. Tents are prohibited on the site of rental. Only barbecue with gas or electricity (max. 900 watts) are allowed.

Guarantee. As a careful professional, Univ. Eiffel - ESIEE Paris provides its best reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functionality of the equipment to which users have access, as well as the quality of the cleanroom controlled where they are installed.

Guarantee. Unless otherwise mentioned, the guarantee is for one year from the delivery date and it only relates to the delivered goods. The guarantee will not apply when a repair or any operation by an external person of the vendor’s Maintenance Department will be noticed. In no case the vendor can be held responsible for the direct or indirect consequences as well onto the persons as on the estate for a failure of goods sold by it. No compensation of any kind whatever - including for failure of possession - can be claimed as a result.
