Guarantee. 9.1. The seller guarantees freedom from defects according to the state of technology from time to time for materials and labour for a period of 12 months.
Guarantee. 14.1 If the goods or work performed shows defects which, under proper use, appear in the product within a period of twelve months from delivery or should not comply with the standards agreed in the contract, the Company agrees to make good by repair, or at the Company’s option, to replace the item free of charge at the place of delivery..

The guarantee will be returned at the end of you stay after deduction of missing items and damage, and after control.
Guarantee. 14.1. The guarantee extends to and is limited to the repair or replacement of parts showing a proven manufacturing defect or a defect in the materials. The guarantee expires in any case 3 months after the date of invoice.
Guarantee. Unless otherwise mentioned, the guarantee is for one year from the delivery date and it only relates to the delivered goods. In any case the customer has to refer to the proposals made by the vendor. During the period of guarantee, the latter undertakes to make on a free way any exchanges of parts recognized as being defective by itself. In no case such an exchange could extend the duration of guarantee of the whole of the material. The warranty does not cover the replacement parts or the repairs which would be a result of a normal wear off of the appliances; of alterations or accidents due to the carelessness; of failure of supervision, maintenance or of warehousing, of non-proper handling or use per the vendor or the supplier’s specifications. The guarantee will not apply when a repair or any operation by an external person of the vendor’s Maintenance Department will be noticed. In no case the vendor can be held responsible for the direct or indirect consequences as well onto the persons as on the estate for a failure of goods sold by it. No compensation of any kind whatever - including for failure of possession - can be claimed as a result.
Guarantee. Each item delivered by EPCO is guaranteed for a duration of one year. A piece will be recognized defective if, put in use according to the normal rules, it does not fulfil its foreseen function. In that case, it is agreed that EPCO will confine itself to replace the defective piece. It is explicit that all other costs are excluded.
Guarantee fle authenticity of the coins and medals is guaranteed for the total purchase price, with no time limit.
Guarantee. All Sauermann Industrie products are covered by a one-year contractual guarantee, commencing on the delivery date, against manufacturing, material and design defects for use under normal conditions. Exceptionally, products in the condensate removal pump, manifold and 0000 XXXXX distribution instrument ranges are covered by a 24-month guarantee, commencing on the delivery date.
Guarantee. A guarantee will be requested on booking (by credit card, visa or mastercard) for the rental (450€) and for the cleaning (85€). You can also choose the payment in the option «end-cleaning» it’s 59€ if you book it or 85€ without reservation.The cleaning do not includes to wash up the dishes and taking out the garbage to the bin. If you rent baby kit, barbecue, table top or TV, a guarantee of 150€ is required. The guarantee will be returned at the end of your stay after deduction of missing items and damage (after control). If you don’t want to wait for an appointment for departure control, we destroy the numbers of your credit card if everything is in order after verification.The sum of 85€ will be deducted from the guarantee if the accommodation had not been cleaned on departure day. Tents are prohibited on the site of rental. Only barbecue with gas or electricity (max. 900 watts) are allowed.
Guarantee. A € 250 guarantee will be a deposit on your arrival by credit card or cash. It will be given back on your departure during the reception opening hours and after inventory of fixtures. Any damage will be invoiced and added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning fees if the accommodation is not perfectly clean when you leave. If you cannot attend the inventory of fixtures, your guarantee will be sent back by post.
