RECEIPT AND SHIPPING. Unless stipulated otherwise, goods are always received on Kalori's premises on working days and during opening hours. All goods and services must be accompanied by a delivery note and the necessary administrative documents for shipping. The delivery note must contain the order number and Kalori product reference numbers. Kalori reserves the right to accept or refuse any excess quantities delivered. Goods and services are shipped according to the incoterm 2010 in effect. Signature of the delivery note does not constitute final acceptance by Xxxxxx of the goods or services.
