Terms of payment. ➢ Accepted payment methods You can pay for your booking or your stay using any of the following payment methods: Notwithstanding the above, bookings made less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date must be paid for by bank debit or credit card. ➢ Passing trade Customers renting a touring pitch without booking will be required to pay for at least the first night of their stay on arrival. You will also be asked to inform reception of how long you wish to stay. You will then be required to pay the balance of the cost of your stay during reception opening times no later than the day before your departure. If you pay in advance but subsequently decide to leave before the end of the period for which you have paid no refund will be made.

Orders can be paid for by the following payment methods: ⮚ By debit/credit card, via the Website, (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club): the customer must indicate the number of their card as well as its date of validity and the three digits of the cryptogram appearing on the back of the card, directly in the zone provided for this purpose (secured entry by SSL encryption). The banking transaction will be carried out in an encrypted manner directly with the banking establishment of ICS PARIS, without the latter having knowledge of the personal information of the Buyer. Online payments are processed by Stripe. The order will be taken into account when the banking centre has given its validation. In case of refusal of the banking centre, the order will be automatically cancelled and no sale will be concluded. The amount of the orders paid by credit card is cashed on the day of the order. In the case of multi-item orders, the full amount of the orders is collected on the day the first item is shipped.

Payments which are not received on the due date shall automatically bear interest at rate of the Bank of France with increase of 3 points per day of delay.

Terms of payment. Your reservation will only be valid once your deposit has been paid and your “Reservation Form” has been filled in and signed. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay, plus €40 booking fee (€20 for a weekend). You will receive final confirmation of your stay when we have received the balance of the payment and the reservation form, one month before your arrival at the latest.
