Security. Nell’ambito delle proprie competenze, Trenitalia è impegnata a migliorare lo stato di sicurezza reale e percepita in ambiente ferroviario, attraverso: • la definizione di politiche e procedure societarie in materia di protezione aziendale (sicurezza nei luoghi e delle attività industriali, tutela del patrimonio, del know how, del controllo degli accessi agli asset etc.); • l’analisi del rischio di security; • l'attuazione delle attività di contrasto delle frodi e dell'evasione; • la progettazione tecnica e messa in funzione di sistemi di sicurezza; • la collaborazione con la Polizia Ferroviaria. Ai sensi della predetta Convenzione, la Polizia Ferroviaria espleta il servizio di scorta per i treni ad alto profilo di criticità, individuati - nell’ambito della Partnership - in relazione alle problematiche riscontrate sulla base di elementi oggettivi documentabili. Inoltre, è stato istituito un numero unico di pronto intervento accessibile al solo personale ferroviario, che consente di essere messi in comunicazione con il Centro Operativo Compartimentale Polizia Ferroviaria territorialmente più vicino al treno interessato. Sul piano operativo Trenitalia, attraverso l’impiego di personale ferroviario preposto e formato, svolge le seguenti attività: o servizi di filtro sottobordo e monitoraggio a bordo treno; o contrasto all’evasione/elusione tariffaria; o raccolta sistematica dei dati in materia di atti illeciti commessi negli ambiti aziendali per l’alimentazione di un sistema informativo dedicato; o prevenzione/contrasto graffiti; o prevenzione e contrasto delle frodi a fronte di pagamento con moneta elettronica; o prevenzione e contrasto delle frodi sull’intero ciclo di vita del biglietto ferroviario; o prevenzione/contrasto delle aggressioni al personale societario. Trenitalia è da tempo impegnata in campagne di sensibilizzazione dei viaggiatori a comportamenti corretti, quale valore sociale e finalizzate a promuovere un incremento della percezione di sicurezza a bordo treno. In sintesi: • “No ticket, no parti”: campagna in coordinamento con il servizio di Polizia Ferroviaria, per promuove l’acquisto di biglietti. Ad oggi viene utilizzata contestualmente a grandi eventi (es: concerti, spostamento di tifosi a mezzo treno etc.).

Security.  variazione del numero di eventi criminosi (atti di vandalismo, furti, borseggi, rapine, disturbi e molestie) a bordo treno e in stazione misurati sulla base delle denunce presentate alle FFOO;  livello di sicurezza e fiducia percepita dall’utente nei diversi momenti in cui è articolato il viaggio, con particolare riferimento alle fasce temporali di minor frequentazione, misurate attraverso indagini di customer satisfaction.

Security. If there are reasonable doubts as to Xxxxx'x ability to pay, especially if payments are in arrears, Seller may revoke credit periods and make further deliveries dependent on advance payments or other security. If such advance payments or security have not been rendered even after the expiry of a reasonable grace period, Seller may partially or totally terminate individual or all of the affected contracts. In order to implement the provisions of the Consolidated Text on Workplace Safety, as per Legislative Decree of April 9, 2008, No. 81, integrated with Legislative Decree of August 3, 2009, No. 106, it is established that each Party will assume, within its own area of responsibility, all costs related to the application of health and safety regulations in the workplace, specifically with regard to the safety of their own premises (Annex IV – Legislative Decree 81/08) in relation to their employees or equivalent personnel involved in the activities covered by this Framework Agreement and associated Implementation Agreements. The persons designated to assume the roles of guarantee under Article 2, paragraph 1, letters b), d), and e) of Legislative Decree of April 9, 2008, No. 81, as amended, and any other necessary roles in accordance with their respective internal regulations, will be defined in the individual Implementation Agreements, if stipulated. This information must be included in the "Cooperation and Coordination Record," agreed upon by the Parties and signed at the start of collaborative activities, together with the distribution of responsibilities related to training and instructional obligations, any necessary health monitoring, and the provision of PPE (Articles 36, 37, 41, and 77, Legislative Decree 81/08) for individuals hosted in the facilities where the collaboration activities will take place. The Parties commit to coordinating their respective activities by providing, prior to their commencement, detailed information on the risks present in their respective work environments, as well as those related to the tasks to be performed, including the associated prevention, protection, and emergency measures in place. If, during a specific activity, the personnel of the Parties introduce sources of risk for health and safety in the facility in which they operate, such activities may only proceed following coordination between the parties, aimed at assessing the new risk and determining any additional prevention and protection measures to be adopted. Institution agrees to implement and maintain adequate and effective data security systems and measures, in line with international industry standards and best practice, to protect the security of the Subscribed products from unauthorized disclosure or use. b. Should either Publisher or Institution become aware of abuses of the Subscribed products emanating from any of Licensee's locations, the party aware of such abuse will notify the other, and both parties will cooperate in locating and attempting to stop the specific individuals who are abusing the service. If the specific abuser(s) cannot be identified or stopped, Publisher has the right to suspend rights granted to the Institution in this APPENDIX NO. 7 and discontinue access to the Subscribed products until a remedy can be implemented.

Security. L’affidataria dovrà collaborare con Tiemme nel garantire la sicurezza (security) degli impianti di Tiemme rispettando ogni disposizione in merito impartita da Tiemme stessa e collaborando con gli addetti preposti ai controlli ed alla tutela del patrimonio di Tiemme nonché alla gestione degli oggetti rinvenuti secondo le procedure comunicate da Tiemme.

Security. 6.1 Security Measures. MailChimp shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Customer Data from Security Incidents and to preserve the security and confidentiality of the Customer Data, in accordance with MailChimp's security standards described in Annex B ("Security Measures"). 6.2 Updates to Security Measures. Customer is responsible for reviewing the information made available by MailChimp relating to data security and making an independent determination as to whether the Services meet Customer’s requirements and legal obligations under Data Protection Laws. Customer acknowledges that the Security Measures are subject to technical progress and development and that MailChimp may update or modify the Security Measures from time to time provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Services purchased by the Customer.
