ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE STANDARD Achievement. Indicators Met The Achievement component of the report card represents the number of students who passed the state tests and how well they performed on them. The Indicators Met measure represents student performance on state tests. This measure is based on a series of up to 24 state tests that record the percent of students proficient or higher in a grade and subject. Schools and districts also are evaluated on the gifted indicator, giving them up to 25 possible indicators. Goals set for this standard should address 1.) DESCRIPTION OF MEASURE AND MONITORING STRATEGY Our goal for the 2018 – 2019 school year is to reach and then maintain the chronic absenteeism indicator. Our strategy for decreasing chronic absenteeism is explained in the attendance goal. As the chart below shows we will not meet the state standard of 80% in any state test even with beginning with a 5% increase in 2019 and raising that increase by 1% additionally annually. To reach the increases detailed in the chart we will be focusing on math with our students with disabilities. Our math scores are lower in all grades but grade 7 and in that case, it’s not that the math grade is high, but that the ELA grade is much lower than the other grades. We will be using two instructional strategies to drive this improvement. First, we will continue to implement Whole Brain Teaching with fidelity throughout out our school. This set of behavioral expectations and teaching strategies has been the main impetus for the academic growth we’ve had over the last several years. Monitoring for teacher implementation is done through classroom walk-throughs and lesson plan reviews. We are also implementing a new online assessment and instruction tool this year – Renaissance Star. We will use this tool to benchmark and progress monitor students’ academic performance. The assessment creates an individualized learning path for each student. Time will be provided for students to work independently during the math and reading blocks each day.   • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference. Adherence to these accessible technology standards is one way to ensure compliance with the District’s underlying legal obligations to ensure people with disabilities are able to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as their nondisabled peers, with substantially equivalent ease of use; that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any District programs, services, and activities delivered online, as required by Section 504 and Title II and their implementing regulations; and that they receive effective communication of the District’s programs, services, and activities delivered online.   • Objectives The objectives of this Agreement are to:

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Performance The Company shall have performed and complied with all agreements, obligations and conditions contained in this Agreement that are required to be performed or complied with by it on or before such Closing Date.
