Access to Customer’s Facilities. In entering, using or accessing any of Customer’s Equipment, facilities, premises or personnel, OptiComm must observe all of the Customer’s reasonable security, administrative and other requirements and directions, including any training or other requirements relating to occupational health and safety.
Access to Customer’s Facilities.
(a) Opticomm must only access Customer’s Equipment, premises or any other facilities for the purposes approved in writing in advance by Customer. In entering, using or accessing any of Customer’s Equipment, facilities, premises or Personnel (as applicable), Opticomm must comply with:
(i) all of the Customer’s reasonable security, administrative and other requirements and directions, including any training or other requirements relating to occupational health and safety;
(ii) industry practice in relation to security of premises, facilities and systems.
(b) Opticomm may only access a Customer System with the prior written approval of the Customer and subject to such terms as agreed with the Customer.
Access to Customer’s Facilities. Customer or its agent shall provide Third Parties with access to the facilities necessary to load or unload the tendered shipments. Access to the facilities by Third Parties shall be without charge to the Third Parties unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the loading and unloading facilities in a good and safe condition, and in compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. Customer hereby waives and releases Company from any liability for any loss or damage to its facilities or to Customer's personal property located on such facilities.
Access to Customer’s Facilities. Customer may need to supply Cloudhouse with access to and use of all information and facilities reasonably necessary for Cloudhouse to render these services, subject to any security requirements or other company procedures of Customer. Cloudhouse may also reasonably request the use of a specific remote access software package solely for the purpose of diagnostic and Support Services. If Cloudhouse is not permitted or is unable to access the Application Compatibility Package, it may result in slower resolution times or inhibit Cloudhouse’s ability to resolve a Problem and Customer will incur additional costs if Cloudhouse should have to resolve the Problem onsite at Customer’s facilities. Customer Specific Responsibilities. Customer is responsible for: (a) maintaining procedures external to the Application Compatibility Package for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data, or programs to the extent it deems necessary, and for actually reconstructing any lost or altered files, data, or programs. Cloudhouse will not be responsible for any lost or altered files, data or programs; (b) all user accounts and end-user computing environments; and (c) the determination of the number of Cloudhouse end-user licenses required to support the Application Compatibility Package. Customer General Responsibilities. Customer shall: (a) reasonably co-operate with Cloudhouse in all matters arising under this Agreement or otherwise relating to the performance of the Support Services; (b) provide all information, documents, materials, data or other items specified by Cloudhouse for the provision of the Support Services by Cloudhouse in a timely manner and ensure that such information is complete and accurate in all material respects; (c) inform Cloudhouse in a timely manner of any matters (including any health, safety or security requirements) which may affect the provision of the Support Services; (d) if reasonably required, and subject to reasonable notice, provide Cloudhouse with access to Customer’s premises, office accommodation, other facilities and employees as reasonably required by Cloudhouse to perform the Support Services; (e) collaborate with, and act in accordance with the reasonable instructions of, Cloudhouse; and (f) obtain and maintain all necessary licences, permits and consents reasonably required by Cloudhouse to permit Cloudhouse to access, use and/or modify any data, information, systems, infrastructure or software owned by or licensed to Customer, as m...

Access to Customer’s Facilities. Customer may need to supply Lyniate with access to and use of all information and facilities reasonably necessary for Lyniate to render these services, subject to any security requirements or other company procedures of Customer. Resolving some product issues may require Lyniate to remotely access the Software. If Lyniate is not permitted or is unable to do so, Customer may experience slower resolution times or higher costs, and Xxxxxxx’s ability to resolve a problem may be inhibited.
Access to Customer’s Facilities. In connection with Contractor’s performance of service hereunder at Customer’s facilities (if necessary or appropriate), Customer shall allow Contractor, at no charge to Contractor
(a) full and free access to all equipment specified under this Agreement and any and all associated peripherals
(b) to use necessary machines, communications facilities and the like and
(c) to use other reasonable facilities, including without limitation secure storage space and a designated work area with comfortable climate and lighting
(d) access and use of local transport and messing where it is the only option available or where it is specified to be provided in the contract.
Access to Customer’s Facilities. As applicable, Customer may need to supply Hornbill-NA with electronic remote access or physical access to and use of all information and facilities reasonably necessary for Hornbill-NA to render these services, subject to any security requirements or other company procedures of Customer. Hornbill-NA may also request the use of a specific remote access software package. If Hornbill-NA is not permitted or is unable to access the Licensed Program, it may result in slower resolution times or inhibit Hornbill-NA’s ability to resolve a problem and Customer will incur additional costs if Hornbill-NA should have to resolve the problem onsite at Customer’s facilities.
Access to Customer’s Facilities. VeriCenter may require security clearance and access to the Customer’s facility to install and maintain VeriCenter’s equipment. VeriCenter will comply with all requirements deemed necessary by the Customer for VeriCenter’s personnel and contractors to gain access to the Customer’s facility. VeriCenter will be responsible for all work performed by VeriCenter’s personnel and contractors while on Customer’s premises. B.6 Summary of Services: C.1 Responsiveness
