Accessing a salary sacrifice/packaging arrangement is a voluntary decision made by the individual employee and the YWCA Canberra encourages employees to seek independent financial advice. The YWCA Canberra accepts no responsibility for the financial implications of employees choosing to participate or not participate in salary packaging. Employees are solely responsible for any Fringe Benefit Tax liabilities that they may incur.

Accessing. SmartForce Software: PI that is current in license fee payments and has completed designated training has the right to order and receive SmartForce software directly from SmartForce for installation and access through a local campus server. PI may also copy and distribute CDs to any Authorized User as defined above, according to the terms of the Agreement. Technical Support: PI shall provide technical support to Authorized Users for SmartForce Software licensed under the Agreement. PI is responsible for setting up a support organization, e.g. help desk, to answer questions about content and technical issues related to the use of SmartForce software. Should the support organizations not be able to answer questions about technical issues related to access to the Software, PI’s Technical Coordinator may refer the question to SmartForce. SmartForce shall provide reasonable back-up support to PI on request, based on its then-current technical support policies and procedures.

Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.
