Account Manager and Management Team a. Contractor shall assign a dedicated, but not necessarily exclusive, account manager as the primary contact for the Department. The account manager shall participate on the implementation team and coordinate, troubleshoot, advance, and track the State’s interests and requests throughout the organization. b. Contractor shall assign a dedicated, but not necessarily exclusive, account management team which may include an executive sponsor, an account manager, a data/fiscal analyst, enrollment/eligibility manager, Claims manager, customer service manager, and medical director. c. The account management team shall be able to devote thetime and resources needed to successfully manage the account including being available for frequent telephonic, email, and on-site consultations. d. Contractor shall maintain a current account management team organizational chart. Contractor shall promptly notify the Department of any changes and provide detailed information regarding new personnel including name, professional background, mailing and physical address, email address, and work and cell phone numbers, along with an updated organizational chart. e. The Department may give a plan performance review to the account management team or separately to each team member. An action plan, as determined by the Department, must be implemented based on measurement criteria listed in the Performance Guarantees section.

Contractor shall provide a written list of its Account Management Team members within ten (10) Calendar Days of contract execution. Changes to the individuals listed shall be sent to the Department in writing within ten (10) calendar days of the change. d. The replacement of personnel to the Account Management Team assigned to this Contract shall be subject to the Department's prior written approval, should the Department request it at the time. e. The Account Management Team shall be able to devote the time and resources needed to successfully manage the account including being available for frequent telephonic, email, and on-site consultations, if necessary. f. The Account Management Team shall be familiar with Contractor’s functions and operations that relate directly or indirectly to the Department, the Online Transparency Program, and the Department’s relationships with third parties. g. Contractor shall maintain a current Account Management Team organizational chart. Contractor shall promptly notify the Department of any changes and provide detailed information regarding new personnel including name, professional background, mailing and physical address, email address, and work and cell phone numbers along with an updated organizational chart. h. Department may give a plan performance review to the Account Management Team or separately to each team member. An action plan, as determined by the Department, must be implemented based on measurement criteria listed in the Performance Guarantees section. i. Contractor shall participate in regularly scheduled meetings or calls as mutually agreed upon by the Parties to discuss the Online Transparency Program and website administration.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality. 15.2 The Contractor is also required to provide a dedicated Account Manager for every Framework Public Body using the Framework, if required by the Framework Public Body. The service to be provided will be agreed with each Framework Public Body and may include:  regular review meetings, which may be in person at the Framework Public Bodies’ premises, by video-conference, webinar or telephone  Regular catch-up meetings/telephone calls to discuss current and on-going issues  Work with the Framework Public Bodies Contract Manager to resolve any on-going operational issues  Work with the Framework Public Body ’s Contract Manager to pro-actively introduce initiatives to:  Create efficiencies in processes  Improve the environmental performance of the contract. 15.3 It is expected that end users will contact the Contractor in the first instance to resolve any operational issues. The Account Manager will act as a point of escalation to be contacted either by end users or by the Framework Public Body’s Contract Manager should there be issues that the Contractor needs to resolve. 15.4 Further details of the roles and responsibilities of the Contractor, Authority and Framework Public Bodies are provided in Schedule 4 – Management Arrangements

  • Account Manager A designated Account Manager for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. A designated Billing Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment. A designated Emergency Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Union/Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.   • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.
