Account Password and Security. Customer shall protect its passwords and take full responsibility for Customer's own, as well as any third-party, use of the Customer Account(s). Customer is solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under such Customer Account(s), except for any activities performed by ClearGov as set forth herein. Customer agrees to notify ClearGov immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of a Customer Account or any other breach of security. From time to time, ClearGov's support staff may log in to the Customer Account in order to maintain or improve service, including providing Customer assistance with technical or billing issues. Customer hereby acknowledges and consents to such access.
Account Password and Security. You must register with Formally and create an account (an “Account”) to use the Services, and as part of that process you will be requested to provide certain information, including without limitation your name and email address. By using the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration process and otherwise in connection with your use of the Services, and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You are the sole authorized user of your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any log-in password, or related credentials provided by you or given to you by Formally for accessing the Services. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Account, even if not authorized by you. Formally has no control over the use of any user’s Account and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or Account or you suspect any other breach of security, you agree to contact Formally immediately. The person signing up for the Services will be the contracting party (“Account Owner”) for the purposes of these Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding Account we provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Services; provided, however, that if you are signing up for the Services on behalf of your employer or your organization, your employer or organization shall be the Account Owner. As the Account Owner, (i) you are solely responsible for complying with these Terms of Service and only you are entitled to all benefits accruing thereto, and (ii) to the extent you grant access to the Services under your Account to others, such as your employees, affiliates or service providers, Visa Applicants or attorneys (each, an “Authorized User”), then you are responsible for the compliance of such Authorized Users with this Agreement. Your Account is not transferable to any other person or account. If you are an Authorized User, you acknowledge and agree that the Account Owner may provision or deprovision your access to the Services and manage permissions and data retention and export policies. These controls may affect your access and use of the Services and the disclosure, modification or deletion of information you provide to the Services.
Account Password and Security. 7.1. When registering Your User Account, you will be asked to choose a username and password combination to be used in conjunction with Your User Account (“Your User Account Details”). You may not use a username that promotes a commercial venture or a username that We, in our sole discretion, deem offensive.
7.2. You are responsible for:
7.2.1. Maintaining the confidentiality of Your User Account Details;
7.2.2. All uses of Your User Account where Your User Account Details have been entered correctly, whether authorised or unauthorised; and
7.2.3. The security of Your access device(s) used to participate in any Gaming Products and Services via Your User Account and any other activities that take place on Your User Account.
7.3. You agree to:
7.3.1. Keep Your User Account details confidential and not share them with anyone else (and you acknowledge Your User Account cannot be co-owned with anyone else);
7.3.2. Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of Your User Account Details or Your User Account or any other breach of security; and
7.3.3. Use only Your User Account Details to access the Gaming Products and Services.
7.4. Any participation in the Gaming Products and Services or requests made on the Website where the correct User Account Details have been used will be considered valid and binding to You and Us. Only after Your notification to Us that Your User Account Details have been compromised and We have de-activated Your User Account, will any requests made via the Website using Your User Account Details be deemed void.
7.5. We may require You to change Your User Account Details from time to time or We may suspend Your Account if We have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of Your User Account. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, change Your User Account Details on prior notice to You.
Account Password and Security. You agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/privacy. You further agree to any revised or amended Privacy Policy posted on our Site, which constitutes a Notice under this User Agreement. Subject to Our Privacy Policy, you are responsible for any and all activities that occur in or under your Account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify us of any attempted or actual unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security; (b) keep your username and log-in details confidential; and (c) ensure that you promptly logout of Your PopPay Account at the end of each session.
Account Password and Security. At the time of registration for online account access, you must provide a valid phone number and supply a Username to be used in conjunction with your account. You may not use a Username that promotes a commercial venture or a Username that Unblockable in its sole discretion deems offensive. Many portions of the Service require registration for access (the "Restricted Areas"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Password, and are fully responsible for all uses of your Username and Password, whether by you or others. You agree to (a) never to use the same Password for the Service that you use or have ever used outside of the Service; (b) keep your Username and Password confidential and not share them with anyone else; (c) immediately notify Unblockable of any unauthorized use of your Username and Password or account or any other breach of security; and (d) use only your own Username and Password to access the Service’s Restricted Areas. Unblockable cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. You acknowledge and agree that Unblockable is authorized to act on instructions received through the use of your Username and Password, and that Unblockable may, but is not obligated to, deny access or block any transaction made through use of your Username and Password without prior notice if we believe your Username and Password are being used by someone other than you, or for any other reason. Unblockable may require you to change your Username or may unilaterally change your Username.
Account Password and Security. If you obtain a Registration, as described above in Section 5, you will choose a password and account username during the Registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in association with your password or account username. You agree to (a) immediately notify GBI of any unauthorized use of your password or account username or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session so as to prevent any unauthorized use of your account by anyone who may use your computer after you. GBI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 6. GBI will act as though any communication it received under your password and account username will have been made by you. GBI reserves the right to remove or rename any account username that contains offensive or potentially offensive language or meaning.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username, password and account provided by you or us for accessing the Company Platform. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, except that Company may, in certain circumstances, access your account to make changes that you request, such as rescheduling a Service appointment. Company has no control over the use of any User’s account by the User or third parties and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or account or you suspect any other breach of security, you must contact us immediately at xxxx@xxxxXXX.xxx. Nothing in this section shall affect Company’s rights to limit or terminate the use of the Company Platform, as provided below in Section 4(b).

Partner is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Partner’s Credentials, and is fully responsible for all use of suchCredentials, whether by Partner or other third parties. Partner agrees to immediately notify Xxxxxxx if Partner becomes aware of any unauthorized use of Partner’s Credentials or any other breach of security relating to Partner’s account. Partner hereby foreverreleases Webroot and its Affiliates from all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs incurred by Partner arising from or relating to theunauthorized disclosure of Credentials.
Account Password and Security. The BrightCloud Service and Browser Interface require authentication credentials or license keys (the “Credentials”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Credentials, and the Credentials of Your Representatives, and are fully responsible for all use of such Credentials, whether by You, Your Representatives, or other third-parties. You agree to immediately notify Webroot if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Credentials, or Your Representatives’ Credentials, or any other breach of security relating to Your account. You hereby release Webroot and its directors, officers, employees, and representatives, and will cause Your Representatives to release Webroot and such parties, from all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs incurred by You or Your Representatives arising from or relating to the unauthorized disclosure of the Credentials.

ThriveFantasy may require you to change your Username or may unilaterally change your Username.
