User’s Account Sample Clauses

User’s Account. (account)- a set of records on the accounting of the Issuer's monetary obligation with respect to the User, Service Provider, Agent or Lender (hereinafter referred to as the Client, Clients) in the Issuer's centralized database.
User’s Account. 6.1. User has to sign up for getting access to or use of System. Unless otherwise agreed by Company, one User might sign up for one User’s account only. Company is empowered to terminate or delete User’s account, if Company reasonably suspects User of having signed up for or managing two or more User’s accounts. Company is empowered to reject User’s enquiry for online registration without explanation of reasons. 6.2. While signing up through Website, User obtains User’s account, User’s identification number and has to create User’s password (all together to be referred to as User’s account data). 6.3. Combination of User’s identification number and password is unique and individual and is intended just for one User’s account. Every User is held responsible for keeping User’s identification number and password confidential and safe in respect of entire actions undertaken from User’s account. User may not share with, transfer to or allow other persons to use User’s identification number or password. User is obliged to notify Company immediately on any case of unauthorised use of User’s password or account data or of any other violation of User’s account safety (notice of violated confidentiality). 6.4. User agrees and accepts that Company may consider any actions undertaken from User's account (including, but not limited to, posting any information about Company or Products, entering into any other agreements or accepting rules, ordering and/or purchasing any Service, Advice and/or Products, sending emails through User’s given email address or phone number) as allowed by User and done by User solely. 6.5. User realizes that unauthorised transfer of User’s account data to other person(s) or disposal of User’s account data by other users (multiple disposal) may harm Company and/or other User(s) of Website irreparably. User is obliged to hold Company and/or Company’s affiliated entities, management, employees, agents and representatives unharmed of any loss and expenditures (including, but not limited to, lost profit and/or lost revenue) that may arise due to multiple disposal of User’s account. User agrees and accepts that in case of multiple disposal of User’s account or if due to User’s fault, User’s account data are known to other person(s), Company is held responsible for no loss that may arise due to such violation and is empowered to terminate or delete User’s account without User’s consent.

User’s Account. (a) Creating Account. To use the Service, an account must be created, and to create an account, an account holder (or his, her or its authorized representative) must have completed the Service's Registration page and provided the information required on such page (all such information provided shall be referred to herein as “User Account Data”). All User Account Data must be, and must be maintained as, accurate and current during the life of the account, and any inaccuracy therein shall be grounds for account termination.

However, in this case, the User shall acknowledge that they are solely responsible for saving their game progress in the Game. In order to save their game progress, the User is strongly recommended to create an in-game Account or attach their game profile to their Account on the relevant Third Party Platform, from which the User accesses the Game (if applicable). 3.3 The User’s Account is for their personal, non-commercial use. The Users are informed and accept that the information provided when opening their Account is presumed to establish their identity. The Users guarantee that all information provided is accurate and up to date. The Users must update this information on their Account as soon as it is modified so that it always complies with these criteria. The User shall not share the Account or their login and password, nor let anyone else access their Account or do anything else that might threaten the security of the Account. The User shall maintain the confidentiality of their login and password. 3.4 In the event that the User becomes aware of or reasonably suspects any breach of security, including, without limitation, any loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure of their login and password, the User must immediately notify the COMPANY thereof and modify their login and password in case the Game has such a functional. User’s AccountCustomer shall provide MorganHR with each Individual User’s full legal name and any other information reasonably requested by XxxxxxXX (“Registration Data”). Each Individual User agrees to: (a) review the Registration Data provided by the Customer and verify that the information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete information; and (b) maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or MorganHR has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, MorganHR has the right to suspend or terminate User’s account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Registration Data and certain other information about User is subject to XxxxxxXX’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated by reference herein. User understands that while User has use of the Service, User consents to the collection and use (as set out in the Privacy Policy) of this information. To create Account and pass verification (KYC), you have to go through all the registration procedures and provide to WHITEBIT all necessary information (including necessary Personal data, information, necessary for verification/KYC), as well as accept terms and conditions of this User Agreement (including AML/CFT Policy, Privacy Policy, Fees). 5.2. WHITEBIT may refuse registration and creation of Account at its discretion. 5.3. Unless otherwise expressly agreed between WHITEBIT and the User in writing, each User may register only one Account and cannot use two or more Accounts. 5.4. By registering your Account, you agree to provide the information requested to confirm your identity. This information is used specifically to detect cases of money laundering, Financing of Terrorism, fraud and other financial crimes through the Website. We will collect, use and transmit this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition to the provision of this information and for the purposes of complying with the world industry standards for data storage, you give us consent and permission to keep records of such information throughout the term of your Account, as well as for 5 (five) years after the closure of your Account. You also give your consent and allow us to send requests, directly or through third parties, which will be necessary to confirm your identity or protect you and/or us from financial and other crimes, such as fraud. 5.5. By providing information necessary in accordance with this section of this User Agreement, you confirm that it is accurate and reliable. After registration, you must warrant that such information is true, complete and will be updated in a timely manner in case of any changes. If there is any reasonable doubt that the information you provide is incorrect, untruthful, outdated or incomplete, WHITEBIT is entitled to send you a notification requesting corrections, delete the relevant information directly and, depending on the circumstances, terminate your access to all or part of the Services. You are solely responsible for any losses or expenses incurred while using WHITEBIT Services if you cannot be contacted through the email and/or via the address provided to WHITEBIT. User’s Account. 4.1.1 Users declare and guarantees that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or married and not under guardianship or conservatorship and legally have the capacity and right to bind themselves to these AGREEMENT. If the User does not meet these requirements but still accesses or uses the Platform, services available on the Platform, third-party content on the Platform, offers on the Platform, or payment methods applicable on the Platform, the User declares and guarantees that such actions have been approved by the User's parents, guardians, or conservators. The User expressly waives any rights under applicable laws to revoke or cancel all consent given by the User under these AGREEMENT at the time the User is deemed legally adult. 4.1.1 Users who have registered have the right to act as: a. User’s Account. 6.1 You shall be required to register on the Platform and create an Account before using any of the Services. You shall be entitled to create one (1) Account only, unless otherwise permitted by Bigfundr. The Account belongs exclusively to you and is not transferable. BigFundr may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to create an Account for, or register, any person and/or ban any person from creating an Account without assigning a reason. 6.2 To create an Account, you must satisfy the following Eligibility Criteria unless BigFundr agrees otherwise: 6.2.1 you must be a natural person or a legal entity recognised by Applicable Law; 6.2.2 if you are a natural person, you must be 21 years old or above; 6.2.3 if you are a natural person, you must have provided BigFundr with a copy of your NRIC (if Singaporean) or passport (if not a citizen of Singapore); 6.2.4 you must have completed and signed off on the On-boarding Documents; 6.2.5 you must have, and maintain, a valid User’s Bank Account which is in your own name or for which you are authorised to freely handle such account and the funds contained therein. Your User’s Bank Account must be valid and able to (a) effect electronic payment or telegraphic transfer from your User’s Bank Account to the Escrow or Cash Administrator Account and (b) receive electronic payment or telegraphic transfer of User’s Funds to your User’sBank Account; 6.2.6 you must have deposited the Minimum Initial Deposit from your User’s Bank Account; 6.2.7 no insolvency or bankruptcy procedures are pending or threatened against you; 6.2.8 you or your Representative has full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; 6.2.9 you must have provided BigFundr with all information and documents that BigFundr may reasonably request about you which may include your financial condition, business and personal affairs from time to time. You must notify BigFundr when any of the information or details you have provided have changed; 6.2.10 the User’s Funds deposited with BigFundr and/or the Escrow Agent or Cash Administrator pursuant to the transactions within the Platform are not acquired as a result of a criminal offence, either directly or indirectly, or related to financing of terrorism or an attempt of such or any other illegal activities; 6.2.11 you must have a valid e-mail address for receiving electronic communications and login details; 6.2.12 you must have a valid mobile telephone number for purposes of one-time password verification...
User’s Account. (a) In order to have access to the services, materials, data, information and functions available on this platform, you must register by creating an account on this platform. If MACP determines, in its sole discretion, that a user name is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable, MACP reserves the right to remove, reclaim or change such user name. (b) Upon your registration on this Platform, MACP will assign you an Account by providing you with a unique password. (c) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including, but not limited to, your user name, your password and all activities that take place under your account. You must keep such information safe and secure at all times and treat it in the strictest confidence. (d) You will not share, transfer or allow any other person to have access to your account on this Platform or to use the Service. You agree to notify MACP immediately if such information has been disclosed to or accessed by any other person or if you become aware of any breach of confidentiality or unauthorised use of this Platform. (e) You represent and warrant that all activities conducted under your account will be deemed authorised by you. (f) MACP reserves the right, without prior notice, to:- i. To do all things necessary for the verification of the data, information and details you provide and declare; ii. Refusal of your registration and/or application for any reason whatsoever; iii. Restrict or limit your access to any of the services, materials, data, information and functions made available on this Platform for any reason whatsoever; and iv. Termination or suspension of your account for any reason.
