User’s Account. (account)- a set of records on the accounting of the Issuer's monetary obligation with respect to the User, Service Provider, Agent or Lender (hereinafter referred to as the Client, Clients) in the Issuer's centralized database.
User’s Account. 8.1. In order to use the Website and play the Game, you need to register an Account on the Website. Creating an Account requires indicating:
User’s Account. Customer shall provide MorganHR with each Individual User’s full legal name and any other information reasonably requested by XxxxxxXX (“Registration Data”). Each Individual User agrees to: (a) review the Registration Data provided by the Customer and verify that the information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete information; and (b) maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or MorganHR has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, MorganHR has the right to suspend or terminate User’s account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Registration Data and certain other information about User is subject to XxxxxxXX’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated by reference herein. For more information, see XxxxxxXX’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall be available for review at: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx_xxxxx.xxx. User understands that while User has use of the Service, User consents to the collection and use (as set out in the Privacy Policy) of this information. User agrees that XxxxxxXX may terminate User’s account and access to the Service in accordance with the termination provisions of the Customer Agreement. User acknowledges that if a Customer’s account is terminated all related User accounts shall be terminated. Such termination may be made by MorganHR in accordance with the Customer Agreement.
User’s Account. (a) Creating Account. To use the Service, an account must be created, and to create an account, an account holder (or his, her or its authorized representative) must have completed the Service's Registration page and provided the information required on such page (all such information provided shall be referred to herein as “User Account Data”). All User Account Data must be, and must be maintained as, accurate and current during the life of the account, and any inaccuracy therein shall be grounds for account termination.
User’s Account. 3.1 In order to use the Game, the User may be required to create an Account following the instructions outlined on the Game and, inter alia, fill in the registration form or create an Account using his/her social media account. When registering an Account, the User may fill in the registration form with the data he/she considers sufficient for his/her identification in the Game as a unique user, except for the mandatory fields of the registration form, filling in of which shall be obligatory for the User in order to use the Game (if applicable).

User’s Account. 3.1 In order to use the Game, the User is required to create an Account following the instructions outlined on the Website and, inter alia, fill in the registration form or create an Account using their social media account, or their account on a Third-Party Platform. When registering an Account, the User may fill in the registration form with the data they consider sufficient for their identification in the Game as a unique user, except for the mandatory fields of the registration form, filling in of which shall be obligatory for the User in order to use the Game. The COMPANY, its affiliates and/or its partners may confirm the receipt of the User’s online application in order to create an Account electronically to the e-mail address or by SMS message to the telephone number provided by the User (not applicable to the Account created by the User using their social media account).
User’s Account. Users are solely responsible for the account created, for their use of the Services ("Account"), all activities conducted in connection with their Account, and the accuracy of all information provided by or to them relating thereto, including without limitation, contact, technical and payment information, and the authorization to access and login (the “Credentials”), and for protecting and safeguarding the foregoing. Users will promptly (i) update any Account information if it changes, and (ii) notify us of any unauthorized use of their Account or Credentials, and any related security breach. Users will only connect to the Services through their Account and using only the names, passwords and other information provided to them or created in accordance with our policies.
User’s Account. 6.1 You shall be required to register on the Platform and create an Account before using any of the Services. You shall be entitled to create one (1) Account only, unless otherwise permitted by Bigfundr. The Account belongs exclusively to you and is not transferable. BigFundr may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to create an Account for, or register, any person and/or ban any person from creating an Account without assigning a reason.
User’s Account. (a) In order to have access to the services, materials, data, information and functions available on this platform, you must register by creating an account on this platform. If MACP determines, in its sole discretion, that a user name is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable, MACP reserves the right to remove, reclaim or change such user name.
