ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND REPORTING. 16.1 The Administering Authority shall procure that the Treasurer shall maintain the accounts of the Board in accordance with best accounting practice and with the CIPFA Code of Practice and with the requirements of relevant central government departments, H.M. Revenue and Customs and all other applicable requirements.
ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND REPORTING. 33.1 The Host Authority shall ensure that the Treasurer, acting on behalf of the Host Authority’s Section 151 officer, shall maintain the accounts of the Joint Committee as part of the host authority’s accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Local Audit and Accountability Xxx 0000 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 and with the requirements of relevant central government departments, H.M. Revenue and Customs and all other applicable requirements.
