Accumulated Sick Leave Statement. Staff members have access to their accumulated sick leave credit on-line. Instructions about how to access this information will be provided to all new staff members at the time of hire. A district notification will be sent out to all staff by November 15 each year with instructions on how to access on-line information about accumulated sick leave credit.

Accumulated Sick Leave Statement. By November 1 of each school year, the Superintendent shall cause a written statement, in substantially the same form as presently in use, to be submitted to each teacher specifying the number of days of sick leave used during the previous school year and the number of accumulated days of sick leave accruing to the credit of such teacher as of the last day of school of the previous school year.
Accumulated Sick Leave Statement. The Superintendent shall provide a written statement to every employee at the beginning of the school year indicating the total of the employee’s sick leave credit, on or before October 1st.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

The Employer may not adopt or enforce any policy that counts the use of paid sick leave time as an absence that may lead to or result in disciplinary action for an authorized purpose. The Employer may not discriminate or retaliate against an employee for the use of paid sick leave for an authorized purpose.
