District Notification. The DISTRICT shall give prompt written notice to the ARCHITECT if the DISTRICT becomes aware of any fault or defect in the PROJECT or nonconformance with the construction contract. However, the DISTRICT'S failure or omission to do so shall not relieve the ARCHITECT of his/her responsibilities hereunder and the DISTRICT shall have no duty to observe, inspect or investigate the PROJECT.
District Notification. If a teacher complies with the provisions of this Section, a child care leave will be granted by the District. The District will notify the teacher in writing within 30 days of school board action.

On or before February 1, October 15 for the first semester leaves, of the semester nearest and preceding the expiration of the leave of absence, the District shall notify the unit member who is on a leave of absence that his/her position is being held pending notification of request for extension of leave or notification of intention to return from leave. District Notification. The District will apprise any employee of their rights under this article when the District Director of Human Resources has written knowledge of a personal hardship, which could be lessened by the benefits outlined in this Article.
