Additional Perquisites. During the Executive's employment hereunder, the Company shall provide the Executive with (i) term life insurance in an amount equal to two times Base Salary; (ii) payment for initiation fees at a country club; (iii) the right to participate in any 401(k) plan which the Company may establish and (iv) long-term disability coverage providing a monthly benefit of $12,500.
Additional Perquisites. In addition to the compensation and benefits described above in this Section 3, during the Employment Period, the Company shall (i) pay to Executive an automobile allowance of $450 per month and, (ii) pay or reimburse Executive for actual, properly substantiated expenses incurred by Executive in connection with (A) an annual physical examination, not to exceed $1,500 per calendar year; and (B) tax preparation and financial planning services, not to exceed $2,500 per calendar year.
Additional Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Company shall, to the extent reasonable and customary and consistent with the Company’s past practice, reimburse the executive for (i) an annual physical inspection by a physician reasonably acceptable to the Company, (ii) a life insurance policy for the Executive with a coverage amount of at least $300,000 and (iii) airline club cards.
Additional Perquisites. During the Executive's employment hereunder, the Company shall provide the Executive with (i) term life insurance in an amount equal to two (2) times Base Salary; (ii) payment for initiation fees at a social, dining, athletic or country club that the CEO has approved for use by Executive for priority business entertainment purposes; (iii) the right to participate in the 401(k) plan; (iv) long-term disability coverage providing a monthly benefit of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500); and (v) a one-thousand dollar ($1,000) annual allowance for tax return preparation expenses. Executive shall provide documentation of expenses under item (v) as requested by Company.
Additional Perquisites. (a) The Company will reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses properly incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with policies established for Senior Executives of the Company from time to time by the Board.
(b) During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate, in accord with the terms thereof, in any present or future bonus, life insurance, disability insurance, medical insurance, pension, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, Thrift, ESOP, Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, long-term incentive plans, stock option (whether incentive or non qualified) or other employee benefit, compensation or incentive plan adopted by the Company in which Senior Executives are generally permitted to participate.
(c) In the event Executive elects not to obtain life insurance (in excess of the basic $10,000 of coverage paid for by the Company) under the Company's life insurance program for executives, but maintains or obtains life insurance through other policies, the Company agrees to reimburse Executive for the cost of such other insurance up to the amount which the Company would have paid for an equivalent amount of life insurance under the Company's life insurance program. Executive acknowledges that the amount reimbursed by the Company will be reported as W-2 income to Executive. In addition, provided Executive is in good health and insurable at regular rates, the Company shall obtain for the benefit of the Executive a term life insurance policy in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) and maintain and pay the premiums on such policy for a period of five (5) years. Executive shall be the owner of such policy (unless such insurance is effected through the Company's group life insurance program) and shall have the sole right to designate the beneficiaries of such policy. Executive acknowledges that the Company will report as W-2 income to Executive the premiums paid on such policy.
(d) During the Employment Period, the Company shall provide Executive with the exclusive personal and business use of an automobile (and bear all costs of fuel, maintenance, repairs and insurance thereon) of a make, quality and cost consistent with the Company's policies from time to time in effect with regard to vehicles for Senior Executive, or a replacement automobile of similar prestige, appointments and cost. Additional Perquisites. Contact Gold shall provide such additional perquisites as may be set out in Schedule "A" (the "Additional Perquisites").
Additional Perquisites. Employee shall be entitled to an allowance of up to $1,000 per month as an automobile allowance for the purchase or lease of an automobile during the Term. The actual amount of the allowance shall be based on the actual lease and maintenance costs.
Additional Perquisites. In addition, subject to Section 24 below, during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for actual, properly substantiated expenses incurred by the Employee in connection with (a) the lease or purchase of an automobile, not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) per month; (b) an annual physical examination, not to exceed one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500) per calendar year; and (iii) tax preparation and financial planning, not to exceed two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,500) per calendar year. On all international and all transcontinental North American airplane flights, the Employee shall be entitled to fly business class or, if any such flight offers only two classes of service, first class.
Additional Perquisites. During Executive's employment hereunder, and with respect to clauses (i) and (iv) subject only to Executive's insurability at a reasonable cost to the Company, the Company shall provide Executive with (i) term life insurance in an amount equal to four (4) times Base Salary; (ii) payment for initiation fees at a social, dining, athletic or country club that the Board has approved for use by Executive for priority business entertainment purposes; (iii) the right to participate in the 401(k) plan; (iv) long-term disability coverage providing a monthly benefit of Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500); (v) a one-thousand dollar ($1,000) annual allowance for tax return preparation expenses; (vi) a one-time one-thousand dollar ($1,000) allowance for legal fees incurred in reviewing this Agreement; and (vii) a two year renewable automobile lease. Executive shall provide documentation of expenses under items (v) and (vi) as requested by Company. With respect to the benefits set forth in clauses (i) and (iv), to the extent that any insurance company shall require Executive to have physical examinations or submit health information in order for the Company to procure or maintain coverage for Executive, Executive shall comply or the Company shall be relieved of its obligation to provide such benefits.
Additional Perquisites. During the term of this Agreement, Company ---------------------- shall provide Executive with:
(a) Not less than five (5) weeks paid vacation during each calendar year.
(b) A vehicle commensurate with Executive's position.
(c) A golfing membership at various country clubs, or in the event of Executive's relocation, other comparable country club, including payment by the Company of all charges incurred by Executive at such club.
