Additional Public Holiday. Where an additional Public Holiday is declared or prescribed to apply throughout a State on a day other than those referred to above, then that day shall constitute an additional Public Holiday.
Additional Public Holiday. In addition to the public holidays prescribed above, an employee is entitled to one other day prescribed by the relevant state or territory.

25.1 There shall be an overall entitlement to 11 public holidays each calendar year. If fewer than 11 public holidays are prescribed in a calendar year the parties shall endeavour to reach agreement on which day or days shall be deemed to be the additional public holiday(s). If the parties cannot reach agreement, the matter shall be determined under the dispute settlement procedure with due regard being taken to past practices and entitlements in the industry.
