Administrative Maintenance Fund. Each Employer shall 21 contribute three quarters of one percent (.75%) of the gross productive 22 payroll for all Employees working under this Agreement to the 23 Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF). The monies are for the purpose 24 of administration of this collective bargaining agreement, grievance 25 handling, and all other management duties and responsibilities in this 26 Agreement. The fund is to be administered solely by the employers. The 27 AMF contribution shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits and shall 28 be bound by the Collection Policy referenced below and which is Appendix

Administrative Maintenance Fund. Section 13:01. Effective December 1, 2014 transmittal period, which starts on November 30, 2014 all Employers signatory to this Labor Agreement shall contribute one half of one percent (.005) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Labor Agreement to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. The monies are for the purpose of administration of the collective bargaining agreement, grievance handling, and all other management duties and responsibilities in this agreement. The fund is to be administered solely by the employers. The Administrative Maintenance Fund contribution shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits covered in the Labor Agreement by the 15th of the month and shall be bound to the same delinquency requirements under this Labor Agreement. The enforcement for delinquent payments to the fund shall be the sole responsibility of the fund or the employers and not the Local Union. The Fund may not be used in any manner detrimental to the Local Union or the IBEW.
Administrative Maintenance Fund. Employers signatory to this Labor Agreement with Local Union No. 46, IBEW, shall contribute three quarters of one percent (.75%) of productive labor payroll as reported on their fringe benefit report to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. The fund is to be administered solely by Puget Sound Chapter, NECA or their appointed designee. No portion of this fund shall be used contrary to the Local Union No. 46
Administrative Maintenance Fund. Effective January 1, 1992, all employers signatory to this labor agreement with the Oregon-Columbia Chapter, NECA designated as their collective bargaining agent shall contribute .5% of gross labor payroll for each employee covered by this labor agreement to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. Administrative Maintenance Fund. SECTION 12.01: All Employers who are signatory to this Labor Agreement shall contribute an amount equal to 0.2% (two tenths of one percent) of their gross monthly payroll, payable to the Southwestern Line Chapter Administrative Maintenance Fund. Annual contributions to the fund shall be limited to the first 75,000 man hours per employers.

These contributions are not wages and will not be covered by the surety bond under Article II, Section 2.08 of the Agreement. The Administrative Fund shall not be used for any purpose detrimental to Local #702, IBEW or the IBEW. In the administration and collection of the Fund, the Chapter agrees and hereby does hold harmless and indemnify IBEW Local Union #702 from any and all claims, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of the provisions of this Article.

Administrative Maintenance Fund. All employer’s signatory to this labor agreement shall contribute .1% of their gross monthly payroll payable (capped at $3,000,000 in paid gross payroll per calendar year) to the Administrative Maintenance Fund for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement. The monies are for the purpose of administration of the monthly payroll reporting system [ePR system], including but not limited to setting up the employers in the system, answering questions, processing reports, troubleshooting, and managing the entire process. The Administrative Maintenance Fund contributions shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits covered by this Labor Agreement by the 15th of the month. This fund shall be administered solely by the Western Line Constructors Chapter, Inc. NECA [Chapter] and will not be used to the detriment of the Local Union or the IBEW. Enforcement for delinquent payments to this fund shall be the sole responsibility of the Chapter.

(c) The hourly contribution rate required may be changed at any time upon action of the full Board of Directors of the Central IL Chapter of NECA.
