Administrative Year. 1. The Administrators’ responsibilities are the effective educational management of assigned duties twelve (12) months of the year. Thus, it is their responsibility to resolve problems which affect the orderly educational processes relevant to the total school management.

Administrative Year. The Administrative Year is defined as the same as the fiscal year which is the same as the contract year or July 1 to June 30.

Requests for vacation or time off outside the 220 day work year are subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Schools or designee. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld. * Lincoln’s Birthday shall be celebrated in accordance with the District Calendar. All members of Local 51 shall be allowed to carry up to a maximum of ten (10) non- work days from one fiscal year to the next. At no time, however, shall the total time carried over exceed ten (10) non-work days. Accrued non-work days shall not be paid out upon separation from employment.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality limit, but the State must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the Demonstration. All such administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver, using “MA Demo” as the waiver name.

  • Administrative Accounts In connection with the services provided hereunder, the Custodian is hereby directed to open cash accounts on its books and records from time to time for the purposes of receiving subscriptions and/or processing redemptions on behalf of the Fund and/or for the purposes of aggregating, netting and/or clearing transactions (including, without limitation foreign exchange, repurchase agreements, capital stock activity, expense payment) or other administrative purposes, each on behalf of the Fund (each an “Account”).   • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.

  • Administrative Penalty That Respondent shall pay an Administrative Penalty of $1,000.00 to the Participating States to be distributed equally amongst the Participating States (the “per-state payment”).

  • Administrative Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • Payments as Administrative Expenses Payments from the Receiver with respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement are administrative expenses of the Receiver. To the extent the Receiver needs funds for shared-loss payments respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement, the Receiver shall request funds under the Master Loan and Security Agreement, as amended (“MLSA”), from FDIC in its corporate capacity. The Receiver will not agree to any amendment of the MLSA that would prevent the Receiver from drawing on the MLSA to fund shared-loss payments.
