After Hours Consultation Clause Samples

The After Hours Consultation clause defines the terms under which professional services or consultations are provided outside of standard business hours. Typically, this clause specifies the time periods considered as "after hours," such as evenings, weekends, or holidays, and may outline any additional fees or procedures required for such consultations. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations for both parties regarding availability and compensation for services rendered outside normal working times, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring fair compensation for extra work.
