Agreement to Purchase Energy. APG&E is certified as a REP by PUC and is not affiliated with any Utility. Customer hereby appoints APG&E as its limited agent for the purpose of acquiring the supplies necessary to meet its electricity needs. Delivery of electricity to Customer's Service Locations and maintenance of the electric delivery system is performed by Utility. PUC regulates distribution prices and services. FERC and ISO/RTO regulates transmission prices and services. APG&E agrees to sell, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by APG&E or the delivery schedule of Utility.
Agreement to Purchase Energy. This Sales Agreement together with the Third Party Verification (“TPV”), as applicable, and your written Starion Welcome Letter, constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) between Starion Energy NY Inc. (“Starion”) and the customer (“you” or “Customer”) by which Xxxxxxx agrees to sell and deliver electricity supply service to Customer for the price and term indicated in the TPV and/or Welcome Letter, and Customer agrees to the purchase of and accepts electricity supply service from Starion pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Customer understands that Starion is a retail supplier of electricity and is not affiliated with Customer’s Local Distribution Utility (“LDU”) or the New York Public Service Commission (“NYPSC”). Starion is licensed by NYPSC to supply electricity service in New York, but the prices that Starion charges its customers are not regulated by the NYPSC. The LDU will continue to deliver electricity to your home or business (“Distribution Service”), read your meter, and bill you. The amount of electricity delivered under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by Starion or the LDU’s delivery schedule. This Agreement is contingent upon Customer providing complete and accurate information to Starion.
Agreement to Purchase Energy. This is an agreement between Starion Energy PA, Inc. (“Starion” or “we”) and you (“Customer” or “you”) to initiate your electricity service and begin your enrollment with Starion (the “Agreement”). Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in: (1) the Agreement; (2) the Third Party Verification (“TPV”), if applicable,; and (3) your Starion Welcome Letter, Xxxxxxx agrees to sell and deliver, and you agree to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity, as estimated by Xxxxxxx, necessary to meet your requirements based upon consumption data obtained by Starion or the delivery schedule of the LDC. You understand that the price charged by Starion for electricity supply services under this Agreement is the commodity price for electricity, and does not include any applicable taxes, utility charges, or other utility fees or charges. The prices for electricity supply services are not regulated by the NJBPU. This Agreement authorizes Starion to change your current electric supplier in the territory of your LDC. Starion will supply the electricity to your LDC and the LDC will then deliver the electricity to your service location. You acknowledge that switching to Starion (or another competitive supplier) is not mandatory, and that you have the option of remaining with your LDC for basic generation service.
Agreement to Purchase Energy. This Sales Agreement together with the Third Party Verification (“TPV”), as applicable, and your Rate: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the price per kilowatt hour (“kWh”) for all electricity sold under this Agreement will be the price indicated for purchase of electricity in this Agreement as confirmed by your Welcome Letter. Starion will calculate your bill each month by multiplying (i) the price of electricity per kWh by (ii) the amount of electricity used in the billing cycle, and adding to the product of (i) and (ii) a charge for Account Management, if applicable, as indicated in your TPV and Starion Welcome Letter. Your price does not include, and you are required to pay, any applicable District of Columbia sales tax or local tax. Your price does not include LDU charges. Payment will be due and payable as specified in the bill you will receive from your LDU. Term: Starion will begin to provide electric generation service to you on the date the LDU sets after receiving Customer’s enrollment, which may take one to two billing cycles from receipt, and will thereafter provide service on a month-to-month basis. Service with Starion will always start and end on your LDU scheduled meter read date. For Starion Simple agreements, the Term shall be month-to- month. For Starion Smart agreements, the Term is an Initial Term as stated in your Starion Welcome Letter, with month-to-month automatic renewals thereafter. Termination by Starion: Starion reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason upon 45 calendar days’ advance written notice to you at the Service Address you provided. If Starion terminates this Agreement early, Customer will be returned to the LDU unless Customer chooses another electricity supplier. The effective termination date will be on the next applicable meter read date after the 45-day period has expired as set forth in the LDU’s tariff and applicable District of Columbia law. The sole and exclusive remedy available to Customer upon early termination by Starion will be a refund of any overpayment for electric generation supply services. Billing: You will continue to receive one monthly bill from your LDU for the electric generation service provided by Xxxxxxx and the distribution, transmission and other services provided to you by your LDU, each with taxes thereon. You will make payment for all of these services directly to your LDU in accordance with the payment terms stated in your LDU’s tariffs.

(“Starion”) and the customer (“you” or “Customer”) by which Starion agrees to sell and deliver electricity supply service to Customer for the price and term indicated in the TPV and confirmed in your Customer Disclosure Statement, and Customer agrees to the purchase of and accepts electricity supply service from Starion pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Agreement to Purchase Energy. Direct Energy will supply your retail electricity, as delivered to you by your Electric Distribution Company (“EDC”), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The LDC will continue to deliver the electricity and will send you one consolidated monthly bill. Payment will be due and payable as specified in the LDU bill.
Agreement to Purchase Energy. These Terms of Service (“TOS”), together with the Third-Party Verification (“TPV”) and/or signed Enrollment Form, and your Starion Welcome Letter, constitute the agreement between Starion Energy PA, Inc. (“Starion”) and the customer (“you” or “Customer”), by which Starion agrees to sell and deliver electricity supply service to the Customer for the price and term indicated in the TPV and/or signed Enrollment Form, and the Customer agrees to the purchase of and accepts electricity supply service from Starion (the “Agreement”). Starion is a Certified Retail Electric Supplier (“CRES”) in the State of Ohio. Customer understands that Starion is not affiliated with the Electric Utility (“Utility”), or the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (“PUCO”). Starion is certified to supply electricity in Ohio, but the prices that Starion charges its customers are not regulated by the PUCO. The Utility will continue to deliver electricity to your home or business (“Distribution Service”), read your meter and xxxx you. The amount of electricity delivered under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by Starion or the Utility’s delivery schedule. Customer affirms that Customer is not currently enrolled in the Percentage of Income Payment Program (XXXX). This Agreement is contingent upon Customer providing complete and accurate information to Starion.
Agreement to Purchase Energy. IronHorse Power Services LLC (“IHPS”) is certified as a Retail Electric Provider (“REP”) by Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) and is not affiliated with any utility. Customer (as identified on Schedule A) hereby appoints IHPS as its limited agent for the purpose of acquiring the supplies necessary to meet its electricity needs. Delivery of electricity to Customer's Service Locations and maintenance of the electric delivery system is performed by the transmission and distribution utility (“TDU”). PUC regulates distribution and transmission prices and services. IHPS agrees to sell, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept, the quantity of electricity delivered to Customer’s meter by TDU. This Agreement consists of the electricity facts label (“EFL”), this terms of service document together with any associated schedules, and the Your Rights as a Customer document (“YRAC”) (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Agreement to Purchase Energy. New Jersey retail electricity consumers have the right to purchase electricity from either the utility company basic generation service or a licensed electricity supplier such as Choice Energy. By entering into this agreement, you are authorizing a switch to Choice Energy as Your electric supplier. We agree to sell to you and you agree to buy from us the quantity of electricity that you consume as reported to us by your utility company (which in your case may be either PSE&G or JCP&L). Your utility company will continue to deliver electricity to your service location, read your meter, provide monthly billing, and respond to emergencies.
