Air Gateway. In addition to the Union's right to organize employees at the Company’s air gateways in accordance with applicable law, work performed at air gateways shall be performed by United Parcel Service bargaining unit members in accordance with the following procedure: The Union Chairperson of the National Air Committee shall serve the Company Chairperson of the National Air Committee with written notice of the Union’s position that work at a particular gateway is appropriate for conversion to work performed by United Parcel Service bargaining unit members. Upon receipt of the notice, the Union and Company Chairpersons of the National Air Committee shall meet to review the details of the specified gateway operation, including if necessary an inspection of the air gateway. For work at an air gateway/ramp operation (including any sort work performed on the ramp) to be performed by United Parcel Service bargaining unit members, all of the following criteria must be met: 1. The air gateway operation must have an established five (5) day workweek with a minimum of three (3) hours of continuous work on all shifts (excluding rest periods provided in the appropriate Supplement, Rider or Addenda) for all employees; 2. There is a minimum of forty (40) potential bargaining unit members on the ramp; 3. The Company currently owns, rents or leases the appropriate ramp equipment. Disputes over the economic impact of the Company’s ability to purchase, rent or lease the necessary ramp equipment will be resolved by the Union and Company National Air Committee Chairpersons; and, 4. The Company is not prohibited from obtaining legal permission to operate on the airport ramp by the operating authority of that particular airport.

Upon receipt of the notice, the Union and Company Chairpersons of the Local 710 Negotiating Committee shall meet to review the details of the specified gateway operation, including if necessary an inspection of the air gateway. For work at an air gateway/ramp operation (including any sort work performed on the ramp) to be performed by United Parcel Service bargaining unit members, all of the following criteria must be met: 1. Once the Union Chairperson of the Local 710 Negotiating Committee has served the Company Chairperson of the Local 710 Negotiating Committee with written notice of the Union’s position that a particular air gateway is appropriate for conversion in accordance with the criteria set forth in (1) through (4) above, the Company agrees that subsequent alteration or changes in the four (4) criteria listed above, which are made by the Company, shall not be used as a subterfuge to avoid conversion.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply: i) Where a full-time nurse performs such duties during her or his regular shift, the full-time nurse shall be paid her or his regular rate of pay. Where a full-time nurse performs such duties outside her or his regular shift or on a day off, she or he shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate. ii) Where a part-time nurse performs such duties during an assigned shift, she or he shall be paid her or his regular rate of pay. Where a part-time nurse continues to perform such duties in excess of her or his assigned shift, she or he shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate. (b) Where such duties extend beyond the nurse's regular shift, the Hospital will not require the nurse to return to regular duties at the hospital without at least eight (8) hours of time off. Where such time off extends into the nurse's next regularly scheduled shift she or he will maintain her or his regular earnings for that full shift. (c) Hours spent between the time the nurse is relieved of patient care responsibilities and the time the nurse returns to the hospital or to such other location agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse will be paid at straight time or at appropriate overtime rates, if applicable under Article 14. 01. It is understood that the nurse shall return to the hospital or to such other location agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse at the earliest opportunity. Prior to the nurse's departure on escort duty, or at such other time as may be mutually agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse, the Hospital will establish with the nurse arrangements for return travel. (d) The nurse shall be reimbursed for reasonable out of pocket expenses including room, board and return transportation and consideration will be given to any special circumstances not dealt with under the foregoing provisions. NOTE 1: (Note 1 applies to full-time nurses only) The Hospital agrees to continue to pay any greater monetary benefit for ambulance escort duty if such greater benefit has been paid by the Hospital immediately prior to this Agreement. This note applies at Hospitals where this superior condition exists as of December 14, 1987. NOTE 2: (Note 2 applies to part-time nurses only) The Hospital agrees to continue to pay any greater monetary benefit for ambulance escort duty if such greater benefit was paid by the Hospital under a Collective Agreement immediately prior to this Agreement. This note applies at Hospitals where this superior condition exists as of December 14, 1987.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
