ALCOHOL/ILLEGAL DRUGS. The legal drinking age in Mexico and most countries in the Caribbean is 18. In Canada the legal drinking age varies by province, in Quebec it is 18, all others it is 19. In the United States, the legal drinking age is 21. SCC does not condone the use of alcohol by those under the legal drinking age and in no way condones or encourages intoxication or the use of illegal drugs. SCC has contractual relationships in all destinations with subcontractors who sell or provide optional activity packages to our Customers. Some of these packages may make available alcoholic beverages. If you choose to drink, we urge you to do so responsibly and ask that you remember that the excessive use of alcohol or any use of illegal drugs can result in severely impaired judgment, injury, and/or death. You should also know that the underage use of alcohol or ANY use of illegal drugs can result in imprisonment.

ALCOHOL/ILLEGAL DRUGS. Cazenovia College supports and abides by the laws of New York State which make the selling, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 21 an illegal act. The intent of this policy is to permit private and individual use of alcoholic beverages in a legal and responsible way by those students age 21 or older. Cazenovia College will not tolerate the unlawful possession and/or use of controlled substances on its premises. The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia is prohibited in/on facilities property owned, leased or managed by Cazenovia College. Refer to the Student Handbook for the detailed alcohol and illegal drug policies.
ALCOHOL/ILLEGAL DRUGS. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on the mission station and the consumption of them is strongly discouraged off the compound…even when eating at local restaurants. Obviously, illegal drugs are not permitted and may be cause for a visitor to spend a lot more time in Haiti than anticipated. The use of tobacco products is strongly discouraged. Dress for Women - Knee length dresses and skirts are still considered the most appropriate apparel, and should always be worn to church, on the street, on excursions to rural areas, and in the yard during daylight hours. In personal homes and the guesthouse pants and shorts to the knee may be worn. Tank tops and shirts with straps are NOT allowed. Medical “scrubs” may be worn when appropriate for safety and modesty. When providing physical labor you may wear shorts to the knees. Dress for Men – Shirts should always be worn outside the guest’s room. Church protocol – In Haiti, the locals love to dress up for church. Visitors are sometimes viewed as too casual (even disrespectful) when they appear in church dressed “down.” Women: skirts or dresses are always recommended, while men should wear long pants and a button up or polo shirt. Visitors are often asked to share a word of greeting with the congregation and Pastors may be invited to speak. Communion may be offered to visitors and they need to know that real wine is often used.
ALCOHOL/ILLEGAL DRUGS. I agree to abstain from using any and all alcohol and/or illegal drugs prior to or during my scheduled shifts at TMF. I understand that TMF requires all volunteers to abide by Idaho State Law with regard to the use, possession and/or transport of any illegal drug or controlled substance. Failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate dismissal and the loss of all privileges as a volunteer. I will not wear my volunteer t-shirt during the festival at any time I am not actively engaged as a volunteer at the festival, or at any time when I am, or may be, consuming any alcoholic beverage on the premises of any TMF venue.

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Illegal Dumping The Contractor shall ensure that it and all of its Subcontractors and assigns prevent illegal dumping of litter in accordance with Title 5, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 365.
