All Inclusive Annualised. Salary rate means the recognition of and compensation for the following relevant Award provisions, such as:- • ordinary rate of payovertime penalties (hours in excess of 38 hours per week) • weekend penalties (working a Saturday or a Sunday) • public holiday penalties (all public holidays that are not designated public holidays) • Annual Leave Loading (17.5%) • meal allowancesmiscellaneous allowances; and • any other penalty rates as prescribed that would normally be incurred over a twelve (12) month period. No additional payments shall be made in recognition of the aforementioned provisions.

  • Sick Leave Annual Cash Out ‌ Each January, employees are eligible to receive cash on a one (1) hour for four (4) hours basis for ninety-six (96) hours or less of their accrued sick leave, if:

  • Monday to Friday inclusive Where a ten (10) hour normal work day is being worked, the hours of work shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday inclusive. The 4 x 10 hour day work week shall apply only when the week is scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours (4 days @ 10 hour/day) except where the week has a holiday.

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. Any damage to any part of the Building, its contents, occupants or visitors by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Tenant.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.
