Allowable Training Related Costs. (SHSP and UASI) Allowable training-related costs under HSGP include the establishment, support, conduct, and attendance of training specifically identified under the SHSP and UASI programs and/or in conjunction with emergency preparedness training by other Federal agencies (e.g., HHS and DOT). Training conducted using HSGP funds should address a performance gap identified through an AAR/IP or other assessments (e.g., National Emergency Communications Plan NECP Goal Assessments) and contribute to building a capability that will be evaluated through a formal exercise. Any training or training gaps, including those for children, older adults, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities and others who also have access or functional needs, should be identified in the AAR/IP and addressed in the state or Urban Area training cycle. Sub-Recipients are encouraged to use existing training rather than developing new courses. Allowable Training Related Costs. EMPG Training funds may be used for a range of emergency management-related training activities to enhance the capabilities of local emergency management personnel through the establishment, support, conduct, and attendance of training. Training activities should align to a current IPP developed through an annual Integrated Preparedness Program Workshop (IPPW). Training should xxxxxx the development of a community-oriented approach to emergency management that emphasizes engagement at the community level, strengthens best practices, and provides a path toward building sustainable resilience. All EMPG-funded personnel are expected to be trained emergency managers. In addition to training activities aligned to and addressed in the IPP, all EMPG -funded personnel (including full- and part-time state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) recipients and Sub-Recipients) shall complete the following training requirements and record proof of completion:

  • Travel-related Expenses Vendor agrees to comply with Citizens’ then-current Vendor Travel Reimbursement Guidelines. All travel-related expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee. Citizens shall reimburse Vendor for pre-approved travel-related expenses incurred in the performance of Services following Citizens’ receipt of Vendor’s reimbursement request submitted in accordance with the then-current Vendor Travel Reimbursement Guidelines.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, X. Xxxxx shall reimburse Xxxxxxxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to X. Xxxxx’x attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, X. Xxxxx shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx” in the amount of $16,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in Section 3.2(a)(i), above.

  • ALLOWABLE COSTS AND PAYMENTS A. The method of payment for this contract will be based on actual cost plus a fixed fee. COUNTY will reimburse CONSULTANT for actual costs (including labor costs, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental costs, overhead and other direct costs) incurred by CONSULTANT in performance of the work. CONSULTANT will not be reimbursed for actual costs that exceed the estimated wage rates, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental, overhead, and other estimated costs set forth in the approved CONSULTANT’S COST PROPOSAL as referenced and defined in Exhibit “C”, unless additional reimbursement is provided for by contract amendment. In no event, will CONSULTANT be reimbursed for overhead costs at a rate that exceeds COUNTY’s approved overhead rate set forth in the COST PROPOSAL. In the event, that COUNTY determines that a change to the work from that specified in the COST PROPOSAL and AGREEMENT is required, the AGREEMENT time or actual costs reimbursable by COUNTY shall be adjusted by written agreement or task order to accommodate the changed work. The maximum total cost as specified in Paragraph “H” shall not be exceeded, unless authorized by written agreement.

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.

  • Allowable Costs Allowable Costs are restricted to costs that comply with the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) and applicable state and federal rules and law. The Parties agree that all the requirements of the UGMS apply to this Contract, including the criteria for Allowable Costs. Additional federal requirements apply if this Contract is funded, in whole or in part, with federal funds.

  • BID AND RELATED COSTS By submission of a bid, the Bidder agrees that any and all costs associated with the preparation of the bid will be the sole responsibility of the Bidder. The Bidder also agrees that the County shall bear no responsibility for any costs associated with the preparation of the bid including but not limited to any administrative or judicial proceedings resulting from the solicitation process.

  • EXPENSE PAYMENTS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to pay expenses and costs for the Property from the Owner’s funds held by the Agent, unless otherwise directed by the Owner. The expenses and costs may include, but are not limited to, property management compensation, fees and charges, expenses for goods and services, property taxes and other taxes, association or condominium dues, assessments, loan payments, and insurance premiums.

  • Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project. Applicant shall have the right to contest the findings of the District’s external auditor pursuant to Section 4.9 above.

  • DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT During the term of this MOU, Management agrees to maintain a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), qualified under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, for active employees who are members of LACERS, provided that sufficient enrollment is maintained to continue to make the account available. Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.
