Alternate Assignments Clause Samples
The Alternate Assignments clause allows for the substitution of different tasks, roles, or responsibilities in place of those originally specified in an agreement. In practice, this clause may be invoked if certain assignments become impractical, unavailable, or otherwise need to be changed, enabling the parties to agree on suitable alternatives without breaching the contract. Its core function is to provide flexibility and continuity in fulfilling contractual obligations, ensuring that unforeseen circumstances do not halt progress or require renegotiation of the entire agreement.
