16.5 Thefollowing CANCELLATIONFEES applyto any booking cancellation after confirmation of booking or payment of deposit:
(a) cancellation more than 60 days prior to pick up: No fee applicable
(b) cancellation from 60 to 30days priorto pick up: AUD $100 fee will apply
(c) cancellation from 29 to14days priorto pick up: AUD $350 fee will apply
(d) cancellation from 13 to 1 days prior to pick up:AUD $500 fee or50% of theTotalRental (whichever is greater) will apply
(e) cancellation on the day of pick up or a No Show: 100% of the Total Rental will apply, including any applicable One Way Fees.
16.6 If booking travel dates are amended within the cancellation fee period to be outside of the cancellation fee period and is subsequently cancelled, the cancellation fee for the original booking will apply.
16.7 Late pick-up or early return of the Vehicle does not entitle the Customer to any refund of the unused days of the rental.
16.8 WhereWe are unable to provide services because of circumstances beyond Our control, a credit will be provided to You to the value of any non-refundable cancellation fees or unused rental charges,and a reasonable service fee may be requested to cover any administration costs.All Parties acknowledge and agree thatthisdoesnotconstituteimpossibilityof performanceorfrustration of thisContract. Credits willbe valid for24 months fromthe date it is advised that Yourrental cannot be fulfilled as originally booked,oras separately agreed with Us in special circumstances.
16.9 For the purpose of clause 16.8, examples of circumstances that may be beyond Our control include: a natural disaster such as an earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruption or wild fire,a weather event, strike,terrorist attack, public health event,epidemic or pandemic, governmental, regional or local authority restriction or ban, change in law.

(c) cancellation within 7 days prior to pick-up: $500.00 or 50% of the rental cost (whichever is greater) and AU$100 administration fee; and
(d) if cancelled on the day of pick-up or a No Show: 100% of the full rental charge will apply. Note: an amendment of the booking dates or Vehicle type after a booking has been confirmed may be treated as a cancellation and the appropriate fees will apply.
