An Employee’s. Benefit Committee shall meet during the school year to review health insurance and benefits and give input to the Board of Education. This committee will contain representatives from the Board of Education, administration, certified staff, classified staff and AWNEA.
An Employee’s. Failure To Maintain Membership In Good Standing 10
An Employee’s regular straight-time hourly rate for vacation purposes shall be that rate in his classification which is required to be paid under the terms of this Agreement, but not less than the minimum rate as provided in Article IV.
An Employee’s. FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee:
(a) is not a member of the Union;
(b) has not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees;
(c) has revoked their written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees, union dues or union assessments;
(d) is suspended from the Union;
(e) has been expelled from the Union;
(f) has resigned from the Union; The Employer shall immediately discontinue the employment of such employee. The Union shall indemnify the Employer and hold it blameless against any and all suits, claims, demands, and liabilities that may arise for the purposes of complying with the provisions of this clause.
An Employee’s grievance which is not settled by the immediate supervisor shall be stated in writing on forms provided by the Union and approved by the University. The grievance must indicate a clear description of the details of the concern, the specific
An Employee’s hourly rate of pay will not be less than that set out in the Australian fair Pay and Classification Scale for the Employee’s classification as specified in the Schedule (the ‘Minimum Pay Guarantee’).
An Employee’s legal spouse which, for purposes of dependent eligibility but not for purposes of the Employee definition, shall include a civil union partner pursuant to P.L. 2006, c. 103 as well as same sex relationships legally recognized in other jurisdictions when such relationships provide substantially all of the rights and benefits of marriage. [and domestic partner pursuant to P.L. 2003, c. 246]; except that legal spouse shall be limited to spouses of a marriage as marriage is defined in Federal law with respect to: • the provisions of the Policy regarding continuation rights required by the Federal Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1986(COBRA), Pub. L. 99-272, as subsequently amended; and • The provisions of this Contract regarding Medicare Eligibility by Reason of Age and Medicare Eligibility by Reason of Disability.
An Employee’s. (a) workload will not be increased as a result of performing higher duties; and,
(b) work required in the employee's substantive position will be backfilled when reasonably required; and,
(c) will only or predominanttypredominantly perform the duties of the higher position and provide assistance to persons backfilling their substantive position.
