Health Insurance and Benefits. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's health, dental and vision plans, as well as the Company's 401k program.
Health Insurance and Benefits. 10.01 Effective 1 July 2005 the following Group Insurance and Health plans shall be provided by the Employer (as amended by the Letter of Understanding - Joint Benefits Committee) to all regular employees employed on a regular basis for seventeen and one-half (17.5) or more hours per week in accordance with the procedures as required by the Insurance Policies. Unless otherwise provided for herein, the plan design shall be in accordance with the former Carleton Board of Education Administrative and Support employees.

Pursuant to the Contractors’ and the Health Care for the Homeless Sliding Fee Scales, the Contractor shall not require payment from homeless individuals for services delivered under this contract. Contractor shall provide assistance to clients to enroll in insurance (e.g., Medi-Cal enrollment, HealthPAC enrollments and renewals) and benefits for which they may be eligible (e.g., CalFRESH).

The Company agrees to provide health insurance consistent with the details found in the Open Enrollment materials distributed by the Company annually, and the documents provided to the Union during bargaining, including the Side Letter attached to this Agreement. Health Insurance and Benefits. During the Term, Employer shall pay for Employee's health insurance coverage under the Employer's group health insurance plan in effect for the employees of the Employer and such other benefits as are commensurate with executives in Employee's position.

The Company shall provide the Executive with executive level accident, medical, dental and hospital insurance coverage in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company in effect and, to the extent permissible by law, the Company shall extend medical and dental insurance coverage to the Executive’s wife. In addition, the Executive will also be a beneficiary of the Company’s Healthcare Spending Account.
Health Insurance and Benefits. 13.01 The Employer agrees to pay and remit to the Union thirty dollars ($30.00) per month per employee towards a Health Spending Account administered by the Union.
Health Insurance and Benefits. 33.01 The Company agrees to pay the portion of the premiums indicated on Schedule B for insurance programs of the type listed on Schedule B. The Company’s obligation is limited to paying the premium. The Company is not the insurer.

During the Term, the Company shall pay for Employee's life, dental and health insurance coverage under the Company's group health insurance plan in effect for the employees of the Company and such other benefits as are commensurate with executives in Employee's position.

If the Executive elects not to participate in the Company's health insurance plan, the Company shall pay the Executive on a monthly basis an amount equal to the monthly premium payment the Company would pay to provide health insurance for the Executive and his family under the Company's health insurance plan. Such amount shall be paid in accordance with the Company's usual payroll.
