Anniversary Step Increases. Officers shall be eligible throughout the term of this Agreement for anniversary step increases based upon the Officers’ original date of hire as a Police Officer or Police Officer Intern with the Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Anniversary Step Increases. It is acknowledged by the parties that the 17 County has historically given certain employees covered by this Agreement a step 18 increase in wages, effective on the employee's anniversary date of employment and 20 requirement that the officer be evaluated as making satisfactory progress in his 21 position. Each employee shall be paid at one (1) of the steps in the range prescribed 22 for his classification. Normally an employee will be appointed at step one at the 23 beginning of his probationary period; the Sheriff may make an appointment to a 24 higher step. An employee who is promoted shall be paid at the salary step in the 25 new salary range not less than a one (1) step increase, or in the first step of the new 26 range, whichever is greater.

  • Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date.
