ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. A non-refundable Annual Licence Fee shall be payable by the Authorized Vendor in respect of the provision of any Pricing Data under the terms of this Agreement. The Licence Fee varies depending on the Package(s) that the Authorized Vendor is authorized to redistribute. The annual license fees are payable annually in advance within 30 days of the date of each invoice, the annual fees are payable in January, the first annual payment, if not commencing in January, is payable on a pro-rata basis.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. 3.1. Payment by the Customer of the Annual Licence Fee to U-‐Explore is payable immediately upon the date of the Licence Commencement Date and an invoice will be issued to the Customer on or about that date for the first Initial Licence Period.
3.2. U-‐Explore shall be entitled to invoice the Annual Licence Fee and the Customer shall pay the same (in accordance with the terms of the applicable invoice) prior to the commencement of each Licence Renewal Period (as applicable) and each such Annual Licence Fee is to be paid prior to the commencement of the relevant Licence Renewal Period. For the avoidance of doubt, any delay in issuing an invoice by U-‐Explore shall not prohibit it from issuing that invoice at a later date.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. 8.1 The Annual License Fees payable by the Licensee are set out in Schedule 3 in accordance with this Schedule 2, and the Licensed Data and Derived Products listed in Order Form.
8.2 The Annual Licence Fees shall be payable annually in advance, upon receipt of the invoice by the Licensee.
8.3 Each Derived Product created by a Licensee attracts an individual fee; the individual fee amount is dependent on two factors:
(a) The Licensed Data Type classification used to create the Derived Product. Each Licensed Data Type is classified as either Premium or Non-Premium, with different fees associated with each classification; and
(b) The Price Tier: for each Derived Product created, a Price Tier is applied based on the number of Derived Products created. For the avoidance of doubt, the Price Tier for Derived Products created using Premium Licensed Data is separate from Non-Premium Licensed Data. For the purpose of counting the Derived Products in each Price Tier, any Derived Product created using Licensed Data Types that are not Third Party Data shall be counted before any Derived Product created using any Licenced Data Types that are Third Party Data.
8.4 The Annual License Fees are the annual sum total of the fees associated with each Derived Product. For the avoidance of doubt, each Derived Product attracts a fee annually regardless of when it was created.
8.5 Where any amendments are made to Order Form of the Agreement at the request of the Licensee during any Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Term resulting in a change to the Licensed Data utilised within this Agreement, thus causing the Annual License Fee to increase, following approval of the amendments by the LME, the Licensee shall pay to the LME the additional Annual License Fee equal to the Annual License Fee pro-rated from the updated Order Form’s Effective Date to the end of the Initial Term or Renewal Term. Such pro-rata calculations will be a daily calculation.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. (a) In consideration of the rights granted to the Buyer under the Licence by the Seller, the Buyer must pay the Annual Licence Fee to the Seller within 10 Business Days of each Fee Notification Date during the Term, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
(b) Within 20 Business Days of each anniversary of the Effective Date during the Term, the Buyer must calculate the Annual Licence Fee, and notify the Seller of the Annual Licence Fee for that year.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. 6.1 SoG may increase the Annual Licence Fee due in any Renewal Period by notifying the Customer no later than three months before the end of the Initial Term or the relevant Renewal Period of the Fees due in respect of the subsequent Renewal Period.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. The Annual Licence Fee is the sum set out in the Supplier’s Solution, and shall be payable on an annual basis, where the first annual instalment of the same shall be payable by CCDG within 30 days of receipt of the Supplier’s invoice for the same, and which the Supplier shall be entitled to issue this invoice to CCDG at any time following the Support Service Commencement Date. The Annual Licence Fee includes all costs relating to the Supplier’s provision of the Support Services to CCDG, and includes, without limitation, the costs associated with the Supplier providing to CCDG Modifications on no less than a twice yearly basis. The purpose of this Schedule 4 is to provide for an Exit Plan to apply upon expiry or termination of this Agreement. Six months before the expiry of the Licence Term, or at any other time where either party terminates this Agreement in accordance with clause 15, CCDG will notify the Supplier in writing informing them of the same, and setting out the arrangements up to the end of the contract, and informing the Supplier of the support required by CCDG to manage a smooth and orderly transition of the Agreement either to itself, or to a new provider.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. The Client shall pay the stipulated P4, 000.00* (Four thousand Pula) annual licence fee upon demand by BOBS. (* see note above)
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. Company shall supply the latest version of the Software and Documentation to Customer, who purchases a Licence thereto, on and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. 4.1.1. [The Operator shall pay to Authority an annual amount of Rs (Rupees

Operator shall make lump sum payments of Annual Licence Fee to Authority at the beginning of every quarter, not later than 10 days after the commencement of that particular year. The first instalment of Annual Licence Fee shall be made prior to signing of Agreement. All taxes, levies and charges as applicable and payable by the Authority with respect to the collection of the Annual Licence Fee shall have to be paid by the Operator along with and in addition to the payment of Annual Licence Fee. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Authority shall be entitled to receive Annual Licence Fee as well as all applicable taxes from Operator, whether payable by Authority or Operator.
4.1.3. In case if the Operator requires additional area other than shown in Schedule A as part of Project Facility, Operator shall have the right to request Authority to provide the same. Authority shall have the option to approve or not approve such request. In case Authority decides to grant such additional area, Operator shall be liable to pay additional Annual Licence Fee on pro rata basis for the additional area along with the specified Annual Licence Fee for the remaining duration of Agreement Period.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. The fee that LONDOLOZA charges the customer for administration of Radio Frequencies.
