ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. A non-refundable Annual Licence Fee shall be payable by the Authorized Vendor in respect of the provision of any Pricing Data under the terms of this Agreement. The Licence Fee varies depending on the Package(s) that the Authorized Vendor is authorized to redistribute. The annual license fees are payable annually in advance within 30 days of the date of each invoice, the annual fees are payable in January, the first annual payment, if not commencing in January, is payable on a pro-rata basis.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. 3.1. Payment by the Customer of the Annual Licence Fee to U-‐Explore is payable immediately upon the date of the Licence Commencement Date and an invoice will be issued to the Customer on or about that date for the first Initial Licence Period.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. 7.1 The Annual License Fees payable by the Licensee are set out in Schedule 3 in accordance with this Schedule 2, and the Licensed Data and Derived Products listed in Order Form.

The RfP remains unchanged.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. A non-refundable Annual Licence Fee shall be payable by the Distributor in respect of the provision of any Pricing Data by the Distributor to firms outside of its organisation (vendor redistribution). The Licence Fee varies depending on the Package(s) that the Distributor is authorised to redistribute. The Licence Fee payable shall be determined in accordance with the table below.

ANNUAL LICENCE FEE. The Annual Licence Fee is the sum set out in the Supplier’s Solution, and shall be payable on an annual basis, where the first annual instalment of the same shall be payable by CCDG within 30 days of receipt of the Supplier’s invoice for the same, and which the Supplier shall be entitled to issue this invoice to CCDG at any time following the Support Service Commencement Date. The Annual Licence Fee includes all costs relating to the Supplier’s provision of the Support Services to CCDG, and includes, without limitation, the costs associated with the Supplier providing to CCDG Modifications on no less than a twice yearly basis. SCHEDULE 4 Exit Plan The purpose of this Schedule 4 is to provide for an Exit Plan to apply upon expiry or termination of this Agreement. Six months before the expiry of the Licence Term, or at any other time where either party terminates this Agreement in accordance with clause 15, CCDG will notify the Supplier in writing informing them of the same, and setting out the arrangements up to the end of the contract, and informing the Supplier of the support required by CCDG to manage a smooth and orderly transition of the Agreement either to itself, or to a new provider.
