ANNUAL VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY. All eligible employees shall be given their appropriate percentage vacation pay in each pay period. Regularly scheduled part-time employees will be allotted a two week unpaid leave of absence for annual vacation. Employees may request additional unpaid time off, equal to their entitlement. Employees hired prior to October will be credited with the service they held under the Agreement expiring November The seniority for service for vacation entitlement shall be calculated from the October sen- iority list by dividing the total number of hours of seniority by and multiplying by (1725 hours = year service). Effective October A part-time employee who has completed less then hours of continuous service shall receive of gross earnings. A part-time who has completed hours but less than hours of continuous service shall receive of gross earnings. A part-time employee who has completed hours but less than hours of continuous service shall receive of gross earnings. A part-time employee who has completed hours of con- tinuous service or more shall receive of gross earnings.
ANNUAL VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY. (a) Employees are entitled to annual vacation pay, according to their completed years of consecutive service, calculated from their first date of work.

  • VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Pension, Health Benefit Plan, Education and Assistance Fund and Industry Fund. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • PAID VACATIONS 16.01 An employee in the active employ of the Company shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation pay on the following basis:

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • Banked Vacation Once every five years an employee may bank one full year's vacation to be taken in conjunction with the next year's vacation. For the purposes of this clause, all vacation in the second year must be taken concurrently.
