Application Development/Support. Provide custom application development and support to meet the needs of customers. This service includes the full range of application development activities, including analysis, design, programming, integration with existing systems and data conversions. The major technologies used for development and which are supported are noted in our current rate sheet. Technologies not listed on rate sheets may not be supported or supportable. This service also provides support and customization for systems purchased from outside vendors.

Application Development/Support. For those Customers developing applications to run on Digi hardware, Support includes up to 10 hours of programming consultative support. With this entitlement, Digi will assist you in maintaining or developing an effective application that works with your Digi products. Development support covers support for features like Device Cloud Web Service Programming and application code debugging/review/API assistance tied to any of our Digi products or development kits. Digi does not develop customer projects as part of this agreement or provide detailed application debugging outside of the ten hours included in enterprise support, however these services can be purchased separately f or an hourly fee. Our team is trained and experienced on Digi International’s standard development environments, with less experience in other environments, thus the support we are able to offer on other environments is limited. If you require support on a custom environment, our first request will always be that you replicate the issue using the standard development environment using the provided hardware (if any) that came with your development kit, as this provides the best opportunity to help resolve your issue. If this is not possible, a second option is to provide enough information such as network traces, reduced code samples, logic analyzer traces etc. so that we can try and duplicate the problem. If we cannot duplicate the issue, we may not be able to help you resolve the issue.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Product Technical Support & Maintenance Licensee shall have the option of electing the Product technical support and maintenance (“maintenance”) set forth in the Contract by giving written notice to Contractor any time during the Centralized Contract term. Maintenance term(s) and any renewal(s) thereof are independent of the expiration of the Centralized Contract term and will not automatically renew. Maintenance shall include, at a minimum, (i) the provision of error corrections, updates, revisions, fixes, upgrade and new releases to Licensee, and (ii) Help Desk assistance with locally accessible “800” or toll free, local telephone service, or alternatively on-line Help Desk accessibility. Contractor shall maintain the Products so as to provide Licensee with the ability to utilize the Products in accordance with the Product documentation without significant functional downtime to its ongoing business operations during the maintenance term. Authorized User shall not be required to purchase maintenance for use of Product, and may discontinue maintenance at the end of any current maintenance term upon notice to Contractor. In the event that Authorized User does not initially acquire or discontinues maintenance of licensed Product, it may, at any time thereafter, reinstate maintenance for Product without any additional penalties or other charges, by paying Contractor the amount which would have been due under the Contract for the period of time that such maintenance had lapsed, at then current NYS net maintenance rates.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook. [TAC 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter D, 4.85(g)(1)]

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.
