Application Development Support. For those Customers developing applications to run on Digi hardware, Support includes up to 10 hours of programming consultative support. With this entitlement, Digi will assist you in maintaining or developing an effective application that works with your Digi products. Development support covers support for features like Device Cloud Web Service Programming and application code debugging/review/API assistance tied to any of our Digi products or development kits. Digi does not develop customer projects as part of this agreement or provide detailed application debugging outside of the ten hours included in enterprise support, however these services can be purchased separately f or an hourly fee. Our team is trained and experienced on Digi International’s standard development environments, with less experience in other environments, thus the support we are able to offer on other environments is limited. If you require support on a custom environment, our first request will always be that you replicate the issue using the standard development environment using the provided hardware (if any) that came with your development kit, as this provides the best opportunity to help resolve your issue. If this is not possible, a second option is to provide enough information such as network traces, reduced code samples, logic analyzer traces etc. so that we can try and duplicate the problem. If we cannot duplicate the issue, we may not be able to help you resolve the issue.

Application Development Support. As OIT continues to convert hundreds of Legacy Applications and Systems onto new service platforms suitable for their continued use throughout the State agencies, support is required to do the following: 1) Create, implement, design and manage dashboard implementations, crowd sourcing, Wiki sites using Salesforce blogs and wikis, mobile and social analytics implementations or other OIT-approved architectures, as directed. 2) Develop applications, web pages and/or web service/portlet interfaces in Open Source Java-based applications, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and/or Python software to be accessed through OIT’s intranet, and internet web pages, XXX.xxx, CEPaaS, or other browser-based interface. 3) Design, develop, test and deploy mobile device applications (including, but not limited to iPhone and Android devices) to compliment website functionality. 4) Support the development and implementation for mobile applications. 5) Migrate and/or archive any old Legacy databases and applications that will no longer be supported onto more suitable, long-term architectures, as required. 6) Administer roles-based user access and groups in applications as necessary. 7) Refine performance metrics, business objectives, and performance reporting from within Salesforce, Google Apps, and Perceptive solutions. 8) Provide data mapping between Salesforce and other OIT systems to allow for external data to be effectively and appropriately integrated within Salesforce. 9) Provide Data Dictionary support in order to effectively represent Salesforce data where it resides in the Business Objects Data Warehouse. 10) Integration of business intelligence reporting with new software services and applications used in support of new and existing business processes. 11) Implementation of Salesforce Knowledge Management and Customer Portal capabilities as needed. 12) Provide support for mobile usage and integration of State email system/service provider of new software applications as required. 13) Technical modification of Salesforce, Perceptive, and Google platforms and software services to support new and existing business processes.

Application Development Support. Provide custom application development and support to meet the needs of customers. This service includes the full range of application development activities, including analysis, design, programming, integration with existing systems and data conversions. The major technologies used for development and which are supported are noted in our current rate sheet. Technologies not listed on rate sheets may not be supported or supportable. This service also provides support and customization for systems purchased from outside vendors.

Related to Application Development Support

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Product Support Not applicable

  • Manufacturing Technology Transfer Except as the Committee ------------ --------------------------------- may otherwise agree in writing, in order to effectuate an orderly transition of the uninterrupted availability of Product to LILLY for purposes contemplated under this Agreement, MEGABIOS, at least ninety (90) days prior to completion of the Project or completion of Phase I Clinical Trials, whichever is earlier, shall transfer to LILLY all information and instructions concerning the manufacturing process and related matters in MEGABIOS' possession which may be necessary for LILLY to manufacture Product (including information regarding obtaining necessary Lipids related thereto) for clinical trials and commercialization as contemplated hereunder including, but not limited to, analytical and manufacturing methods. MEGABIOS shall also provide assistance (in the form of consultation) to LILLY with respect to manufacturing matters for a period of [ * ] months after completion of the initial transfer of information and instructions as provided below. Such transfer and assistance by MEGABIOS will be referred to herein as the "Manufacturing Transfer." All such information, methods and instructions transferred to LILLY under this Section 4.3 shall be referred to herein as the "Manufacturing Information," and shall be maintained in confidence by LILLY pursuant to Section 7.1, except that LILLY's obligation to maintain in confidence such Manufacturing Information shall survive for ten (10) years following expiration or termination of this Agreement. LILLY agrees that it will use all such transferred Manufacturing Information only for the manufacture of the Products and shall not disclose or transfer such Manufacturing Information to any third party manufacturer except as provided in Section 2.10. MEGABIOS shall provide, and bear its costs for, up to [ * ] FTEs for a period of up to [ * ] months [ * ] in aggregate) to accomplish the Manufacturing Transfer. Such FTEs, at LILLY's request, shall include visits to LILLY's facilities by MEGABIOS personnel including up to [ * ] from MEGABIOS' head of manufacturing. MEGABIOS shall furnish any additional reasonable assistance beyond the assistance described above regarding manufacturing matters that LILLY may request and that MEGABIOS is able to provide, for up to [ * ] after the initial transfer of Manufacturing Information, providing that LILLY [ * ] incurred with respect to such additional assistance.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Maintenance of Patents, Trademarks, Etc Each Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain in full force and effect all patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, franchises, permits and other authorizations necessary for the ownership and operation of its properties and business if the failure so to maintain the same would constitute a Material Adverse Change.
