Are Employees Entitled to Annual Leave. Employees are entitled to annual leave in accordance with the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard. The entitlement is twenty (20) days or (four (4) weeks) on the anniversary of the employees’ employment. Leave entitlement untaken in any year will cumulate from year to year. An employee with the agreement of the Company may elect to “Cash Out” ten (10) days Annual Leave. If an employees service is terminated by the Company the employee is entitled to payment of Annual Leave Loading on all leave entitlements including accrued leave provided the employee has completed at least twelve (12) months continuous service with the Company.
