Article P – Posting and Promotion Process. P.1 Subject to P.12, whenever the Employer decides to fill a newly created vacancy of greater than ten (10) hours per week or a vacancy in an existing classification of greater than ten (10) hours per week, which is expected to be greater than five (5) months in duration, the position shall be advertised for a minimum of seven (7) working days in each location of the Employer, and will be placed on the Employer’s electronic and/or telecommunications systems, when available, in accordance with the Letter of Understanding - Electronic Postings Implementation Committee. There shall be no job postings during July or August except in circumstances where operations so require in which case the Employer shall make every effort to bring such postings to the attention of interested members of the bargaining unit. Effective September 2011, all postings will be advertised only in an electronic format.

Article P – Posting and Promotion Process. P.1 Where it is determined that a vacancy exists for job classifications identified in Appendix A-1 it shall be posted in bulletin form at all work locations for at least seven (7) calendar days, except that the Employer may elect not to advertise those vacancies in the same classification immediately resulting from filling a currently advertised position. A copy of the Bulletin shall be forwarded to the Recording Secretary of the Union at the same time as it is posted. Following the posting of a position, the successful applicant will be advised of the appointment within twenty (20) working days from the close of the bulletin. There shall be no postings during the months of July and August except for the week prior to the start of the new school year. Clarity Note: For the purpose of this clause, a vacancy shall include, but not be limited to, Courier and Logistics routes, Bus routes, schools and work sites.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (100% Headline Billing) A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
