ARTICLE XXII MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. 22.1 Within thirty (30) calendar days of the ratification of this agreement, the District will post all changes to the contract on the District website. Each employee in the bargaining unit shall be notified by the Association President of any changes and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) agreed to by the parties of this agreement during the term of this agreement. Each new employee will be informed during orientation by the District of the availability of the contract and how to access online copies.
