Assessment Services. Evaluate the current status of a beneficiary’s mental, emotional, or 36 behavioral health. It includes a Mental Status Examination, analysis of clinical history, analysis of 37 relevant cultural issues and history, diagnosis and may include testing procedures. CONTRACTOR 1 shall have qualified staff to provide assessment services.

Assessment Services. In all assessment activities, the District and Florida State College at Jacksonville agree to adhere to the State policy regarding the number of times a student may attempt the PERT test 1. Conduct PERT testing for all appropriate prospective dual enrollment and Early College students at the high school site, including registered home school students. Home school students will be advised about periods of time in which testing opportunities may be limited due to State-mandated assessments.
Assessment Services. After the Energy Specialist performs the assessment to identify potential Energy Efficiency Measures available under all programs, the Energy Specialist shall provide the services to the Customer as follows: a. The Energy Specialist shall conduct an Assessment to determine which Energy Efficiency Measures will be installed to meet the energy goal of the program. b. The Energy Specialist shall provide information and referrals to other Energy Efficiency measure and programs.

Assessment Services. In all assessment activities, the Board and Florida State College at Jacksonville agree to adhere to the State policy regarding PERT or Accuplacer administration. 1. Permit potential Dual Enrollment, Early Admission, Early College High School, and Collegiate Career High School students to attempt one trial of the full PERT or Accuplacer Next Gen test at one of the College Assessment Centers at no cost to the student or NCSD. Should the student fail to post qualifying scores on the first attempt, he or she will be permitted to retest at his or her own expense in accordance with Assessment Center policies. 2. Permit students who wish to take mathematics courses at a level higher than MAC1105 (College Algebra) to attempt the Advanced Mathematics test at one of the College's Assessment and Certification Centers in accordance with Assessment Center policies.
Assessment Services. ACT agrees to provide, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Assessment Services as ordered by the Customer. ACT reserves the right to add, delete, and modify Assessment Services, including reports from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
Assessment Services. Licensee and SAP agree to jointly conduct an initial assessment (“SAP Premium Support Setup Service”) and thereafter one (1) assessment per calendar year during the Premium Support Services term (“Annual Assessment”). The focus of the SAP Premium Support Setup Service may include: (i) securing remote connectivity between Licensee and SAP; (ii) explaining best practices for collaboration with SAP Active Global Support Organization; (iii) reviewing Licensee solution landscape for SLA readiness; (iv) review of Licensee project roadmap; and (v) initiating Licensee’s use of SAP Solution Manager. Thereafter, the Annual Assessments shall be a review of Licensee’s solution landscape and priorities as may be mutually agreed by the parties. Such Annual Assessments may address the following areas: (i) technical risk analysis of a planned SAP solution (system landscape and core business processes) and plan for SAP related implementation projects; (ii) software operational readiness or software operational optimization assessment and plan for supporting a new SAP solution; and (iii) SAP Solution Optimization Assessment for a productive SAP solution (including potential landscape optimization possibilities). The output of such Assessments shall be a summary service report which may include findings, risks or issues identified, and corresponding recommendations. Such Assessments shall be scheduled for delivery at dates and times mutually agreed to by the parties. Licensee is responsible for making the necessary and timely internal arrangements to facilitate the Assessment Services hereunder. Licensee agrees to provide appropriate resources, including but not limited to equipment, data, information, workspace and appropriate and cooperative personnel, to facilitate the performance of the Assessment Services hereunder.
