Availability of Documentation. (a) The Borrower (or the Investment Advisor on behalf of the Borrower) shall provide the Collateral Agent with any documentation to be posted on the Reporting Website pursuant to this Agreement by email and in pdf format and the relevant instructions as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event shall provide the Collateral Agent with such documentation at least one Business Day prior to the date on which the Borrower requires such documentation to be made available on the Reporting Website. The Borrower confirms that it will be solely responsible (in consultation with the Investment Advisor) for handling and responding to any queries raised by potential Lenders or Competent Authorities having access to the documentation on the Reporting Website and agree that the Collateral Agent shall have no responsibility for dealing with any such queries.
Availability of Documentation. The Committee will, upon request, provide the Association with copies of any documents, which are available to the Committee, which will assist the Association in its negotiations. The cost of copying will be borne by the Association.

Availability of Documentation. FedEx may, upon giving American [ * ] review Aircraft and Engine specific historical engineering, operational and maintenance records, manuals and documentation forming a part of the Data and specific to the next Aircraft to be delivered. Such review will occur during the [ * ] period prior to the Scheduled Delivery Date for such Aircraft at American's Tulsa, Oklahoma Maintenance and Engineering Center. Such review shall be done during normal working hours and shall not unreasonably interfere with the business operations of American at such site.
Availability of Documentation. PMSI shall provide the Company with one (1) copy of all Documentation in the English language including sales literature, training manuals, operator manuals, graphic materials, and other documentation relating to the Software. The Company may translate, copy, and repackage the Documentation as is necessary in accordance with the terms of Section 2(c) above.
Availability of Documentation. The documentation described in this promise to purchase and sale contract is in the file of "THE PROMISING SELLING PARTY" and is at the disposal of "THE PROMISING BUYING PARTY" in case it is required. In order to request the revision of any document "THE PROMISING BUYING PARTY" must effectively notify the "THE PROMISING SELLING PARTY" of the request, who will let him/her know by the same means of contact the terms and process for the delivery of the required documentation.
Availability of Documentation. This Paying Agent Agreement and other documentation related to the Bonds may be posted by the District on a national public bond market repository provided that certain information is redacted by the District as reasonably directed by the Original Purchaser. Items that should be redacted include signatures/names, account numbers, wire transfer and payment instructions and any other data that could be construed as sensitive information.

The Company shall make available to you or your authorized representatives ("Authorized Representatives"), any and all documentation reasonably requested in connection with your due diligence efforts regarding the Company or the offer and sale of shares including, but not limited to, information included in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.

As to highly sensitive documents and information, the parties shall have the right, at their option, to refuse to provide copies to counsel for other parties or to their experts as defined in paragraph 1(b). Should the parties refuse to provide copies, such documents shall be made available for inspection and review by counsel or experts at a place and time mutually agreed upon by the parties. Where copies are not provided, the counsel or expert reviewing the Confidential Information may make limited notes regarding the Confidential Information for reference purposes only. Such notes shall not constitute a verbatim or substantive transcript of the Confidential Information. For purposes hereof, notes made pertaining to or as the result of a review of Confidential Information shall be considered Confidential Information and subject to the terms of this Order.
