Award of Credit. Students who complete the Secondary School Program of Study and meet the qualifying requirements as outlined in this Agreement shall receive postsecondary credit or equivalent clock hours as identified by the Postsecondary Institution. Equivalent credit will be made accessible to students via an online database provided by PDE. Postsecondary Institutions shall utilize their own standard institutional procedures to award credit for technical course content.

Pursuant to WAC 000-000-000: The District will work with the College to ensure that all Program students have the opportunity to participate in the statewide student assessment and understand that this assessment, or an approved alternative, is a high school graduation requirement for students in some graduating cohorts, and is one of many ways to meet a graduation pathway for the class of 2020 onward. The District will include reengagement students when calculating districtwide statistics in relation to the statewide assessments Provision of Special Education and Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act Accommodations, and Transitional Bilingual Instructional program.
Award of Credit. Upon successful completion of the course(s) and full payment of tuition, the student will receive academic credit documented on an official Salisbury University transcript. High school students who earn academic credit will have University course titles posted on their University transcript regardless of the title of the high school course. The student will directly submit an official copy of the Salisbury University transcript to the student’s high school. High school credit also may be awarded as determined by WCBOE.
Award of Credit. To receive a base salary increase, the educator must submit an official transcript with a grade “B” or higher, or equivalent, by September 1st following program completion. Credit shall not be granted for courses that were previously approved for the educator under another professional learning program. The Professional Learning Advisory Council (PLAC) shall annually review the approval criteria and appeal process for professional learning credit.
