You shall read all the Booking Rules prior to engaging Novus for the Booking Services. Booking Services. Client must complete a complimentary consultation prior to booking any service. Dates for event planning and decor services will only be reserved when Client has signed and returned this Agreement, and paid any applicable deposit/retainer. A fifteen percent (15%) non-refundable retainer is due at booking for all event planning and decor services. An additional twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is due at booking for all decor services. If services are booked within fourteen (14) days of the Event, the entire balance will be due at booking.

Each week’s scheduled cooking session will be scheduled in advance and more than likely, will be the same day each week. You should ensure that the kitchen is clean and ready at the scheduled time and pets and children are out of the kitchen area. • Our ‘Try it Out’ is for first time clients only. Promotional discount applies to chefs’ fee only – not the cost of food. • A fee for storage containers will be included in grocery cost, if applicable. Please keep your containers we will use at your next service date. • To book your xxxx date all payments are made in advance of services. Food reimbursement charged on your credit card will be due on your xxxx date. You may also leave a check for food reimbursement to the chef day of service. • You must supply a key for chef to gain entrance, if you are not going to be home. • You will provide a trash can that the personal chef can use to dispose of waste, unless otherwise specified by the chef. • A 5 business day cancellation notice is required for all scheduled cooking sessions. Booking Services. 8.2.1 You understand that a confirmed booking of a Service is a limited license granted to you by the Space Provider to enter, occupy and use the space and services for the duration in the booking. 8.2.2 You agree to leave the space no later than the end time specified on the booking or such other time as mutually agreed upon between you and the Space Provider. If you stay past the agreed upon end time without the Space Provider's consent (“Overstay”), you no longer have a license to use the services and the Space Provider is entitled to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law. If you use a service after the end time, you authorize Incoff (via Incoff Payments) to charge you to collect Overstay Fees. A Security Deposit, if required by a Space Provider, may be applied to any Overstay Fees due for a Client’s Overstay. 8.2.3 You should carefully review the description of any Space Provider Service you intend to book. You are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to you accessing the Space Provider Services. 8.2.4 You may not transfer your access privileges to any of the service to a third party without prior approval from Incoff team. Any violation will lead to cancellation of your booking.

Booking Services. (a) Island Pacific accepts service assignments under Paragraph 8 hereof on a first come, first served basis. For this reason, there might be times when the Island Pacific employees you request or those qualified to provide the services you require are not immediately available when you want them. In such a case, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs as best as reasonably possible. (b) You will incur charges should you cancel or cut short an on-site visit once we have received your written approval unless we receive notice of your cancellation at least[***]business days prior to the scheduled engagement, except to the extent Island Pacific is able to re-book its representative, scheduled to perform such services, for another engagement or engagements during the same period. For each Island Pacific employee that is on-site and ready to work, for which the cancellation notice has not been provided, to the extent re-booking does not occur, you will be charged a minimum of (i) [***] or any day for which you have scheduled and approved a full day's service, or (ii) [***] for any week in which you have scheduled at least four days of service.
Booking Services. Service Provider shall be eligible to book Jobs through the Company Platform requesting any Services that Service Provider is fully-licensed (to the extent required by applicable law) and qualified to provide. In those jurisdictions where a license, permit, or certification is required to perform the Services, Service Provider shall, upon request, provide proof to Company and/or Requester of all necessary licenses, permits and/or certifications before Service Provider provides any such Services under this Agreement.
