Cancelations. Unless otherwise specified in the IT Service Catalog, Customers who opt-in for one or more standard services may cancel services with a 90-day notice of cancellation, in writing. Cancellation requests may be withdrawn during the period of notice by mutual consent of the Service Manager and the Customer. A shorter cancellation period is permitted by mutual consent of the Service Manager and Customer. IET will continue to provide services until the end of the notice period or until such time as a new starting date is agreed-to. The Customer remains responsible for obligations and any charges for the services provided until the end of the notice period or until such time as a new starting date or alternative arrangements have been agreed-to with the Service Manager.
Cancelations. As noted above, Organizer reserves the right to cancel if Total Fees are not received by the following amount of time prior to the departure date of the Retreat: 14 days. If such a cancelation is undertaken, you are not entitled to receive your Deposit back or any other fees paid to that date. Organizer may also cancel the Retreat for any reason, unrelated to an individual Guest, in the Organizer's sole and exclusive discretion. If Organizer cancels for any commercial reason, all Guests are entitled to receive back any and all monies paid to the Organizer. However, Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional fees paid by Guest to any third parties, such as travel companies, airfare, etc. If Guests wish to cancel, written notice of such cancellation must be sent to Organizer via email. As noted above, in the event of Guest cancellation, no fees will be returned.
Cancelations i. When the Court cancels the scheduled services without notice, Interpreter may xxxx for the scheduled time.
ii. When the Court cancels the scheduled services with 24 hours’ notice, Interpreter may xxxx for the applicable two-hour minimum fee.
iii. When the Court cancels the scheduled services with 48 hours’ notice, Interpreter may xxxx for one-half of the applicable two-hour minimum fee.
iv. There will be no fee charged for cancelations made with more than 48-hour notice.
Cancelations. I agree that MYM, at its option, may charge fifty percent of the daycare fee charge for reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled reservation or a "No Show" for a scheduled reservation.

Any legal actions, claims or demands shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Illinois.
Cancelations. The $85 Processing Fee is not refundable. The Policy Rate of $90 or $110 will be refunded. It was suggested by Market Access to hold the binder requests and submit them closer to the day of event (7 days prior) to be able to refund patron in full for cancellations. Another suggestion is to submit the Binder Request as received and refund COI at 50% if cancelled.
