Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Employees or DSPs unable to board the flight must contact their supervisor or the Human Resources Department at least 48 hours prior to boarding. When cancellation is made less than 48 hours without legitimate reasons, a cancellation fee ($75) will be charged to the employee or DSP. Cancellation of less than four hours prior to departure or no show will be charged $400. In the event of a dispute between the Union and the Employer of what is or what is not a legitimate reason will be referred to a two person committee consisting of one from the Employer and one from the Union.

All booth space deposits and payments become the sole property of WEF, and their return is subject to the cancellation and refund provisions as follows: • Exhibitor shall provide WEF with a written notice of the space cancellation. Cancellations are not effective until received by WEF in writing. Written cancellations may be sent by e-mail to xxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. • Exhibitors who provide a written cancellation on or before February 22, 2022, will be liable for liquidated damages equal to 25% of the total contracted booth space fee; any fees paid that exceed the amount of liquidated damages due will be refunded. • Exhibitors who provide written cancellation after February 22, 2022, but prior to 4:30 pm, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, will be liable for liquidated damages equal to 100% of the total contracted booth space fee. • Exhibitors who do not claim their space or for which special arrangements have not been made by 4:30 pm, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, will forfeit the space and pay as liquidated damages 100% of the total contracted booth space fee. If the Exhibitor reduces the Exhibit Space reserved, cancellation fees will apply to the portion of the Exhibit Space cancelled. WEF cannot guarantee the originally assigned space if Exhibitor reduces the originally reserved Exhibit Space and reserves the right to reassign the Exhibitor as necessary to maintain the integrity of the floor plan. Any Exhibit Space unoccupied or for which special arrangements have not been made by 4:30 pm, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, will be regarded as a “no-show.” The Exhibitor will be deemed to have cancelled the Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract and the Exhibit Space, must forfeit their Booth Personnel Registration Badges, rights to the attendee list and all other exhibiting benefits, and must exit the Event immediately. WEF reserves the right to determine sanctions imposed on Exhibitor as a result of a no- show including, but not limited to, the prohibition of Exhibitor at any future WEF event.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy. As a Medicare-accepting and uniquely specialized TMS practice, our services are in great demand. Therefore, we have limited time available for office consultations and TMS treatments. If you have scheduled an appointment, please try to keep it. If you must cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 business hours notice so we can assist someone else in need. If your appointment is on a Monday, we must be notified by the same hour on the preceding Friday. If you do not give at least 24 business hours advance notice for a missed appointment, you (or your guardian) will be charged $250 for each missed appointment. We do occasionally make exceptions for extreme circumstances, however, if you were charged a fee for a missed appointment, we expect you to pay that fee in order to schedule a follow-up appointment. These types of fees are your responsibility, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in any event, Supplier will not impose a more restrictive cancellation policy on Customers booking via the Distribution Channels than the cancellation policies Supplier imposes on customers booking directly with Supplier or through any third party (including, without limitation, through coupons, deal-of-the-day or flash sale websites, or any other distribution channel) (the “Supplier No Show Policy”). Unless cancelled by Viator, all Products booked by Customers through the Distribution Channels will remain available to the Customers in accordance with the Supplier No Show Policy. Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Customers arriving after any no-show cut-off time.

In the event that I am unable to attend and do not provide written notice of cancellation by Friday, December 20, 2024, I agree to be charged for any associated fees, including but not limited to the full cost of the reserved hotel room. I acknowledge the activities associated with the Event entail known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to me, my property, or third parties. I understand such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.
3. I acknowledge all activities associated with the Event are based on the "challenge by choice" principle and expressly understand I do not have to participate in any activity. I will withdraw from participation in any activity which I deem to exceed my physical capabilities, skill level, and/or comfort level. The activities create an inherent risk for injuries such as, but by no means limited to: slips, falls, free falling, heat stroke, heart attack, seizure, blindness, fractures, rope burn, drowning, pinches, scrapes, twists, jolts, strains, scratches, bruises, sprains, lacerations, fractures, concussions, stings, allergies, diseases, infection (including without limitation COVID-19), and other injury. I understand participating in a group activity subjects me to the conduct of other individuals and I may be exposed to the negligent acts and behavior of other persons and activity participants.

In the event that you are a student/client who wishes to cancel a coaching session, you must notify the coach at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time (“Cancellation Period”). If you fail to provide notice of cancellation during the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up for the coaching session (“No-Show”), you are responsible for the full amount of the coaching session. The coach has the sole discretion whether to reschedule the Coaching Session for a No-Show. For purposes of clarity, you acknowledge and agree that you will be charged a service fee of 4.5% for any cancellation or reschedule under any circumstances whatsoever. If you are a coach who wishes to cancel a coaching session, you must notify your student/client before the expiration of the Cancellation Period.
