CANCELLATION BY LICENSEE PRIOR TO FEE PERIOD. A. The Licensee may cancel a License Agreement for a bed space up to thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the fee period by providing written notice to the Director of Housing and Residential Life.

CANCELLATION BY LICENSEE PRIOR TO FEE PERIOD. A) Licensee may cancel a space reservation by submitting a cancellation request through the housing application portal at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the licensed term. If the cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the beginning of License Term, Licensee may cancel a reservation for any reason and receive a full refund of fees paid in advance (minus any non‐refundable fees).
CANCELLATION BY LICENSEE PRIOR TO FEE PERIOD. Licensee may cancel a reservation for a bed space and meal plan by giving written notice to the University. Written notifications received by the Housing Office by Monday, July 18, 2016 are refundable less a non‐refundable $50 service fee. Cancellations requested after Monday, July 18, 2016, but prior to Thursday, August 18, 2016, will be considered only if the University has a replacement resident and can substitute the new resident without incurring financial loss.
