Cancellation of Enrolment. If a student’s academic or social progress is such that, in the opinion of the Principal, she is not benefiting from the curriculum and programmes of Ruyton, the parents may be advised to withdraw her from Ruyton or the Principal may cancel her enrolment. Ruyton may also cancel a student’s enrolment on grounds of misconduct, failure of the student or parents to comply with any of Ruyton’s codes of conduct, policies, rules or procedures, or for any reason considered by the Principal to be appropriate, including if the Principal is of the view that a mutually beneficial relationship of trust and cooperation between the parents and Ruyton or any of its staff has broken down such that the ability of Ruyton to provide a meaningful education to the student is adversely compromised. No refund of tuition fees will be made where a student’s enrolment is cancelled for any of the following reasons: failure to maintain satisfactory progress (visa condition 8202), failure to maintain satisfactory attendance (visa condition 8202), failure to maintain approved welfare and accommodation arrangements (visa condition 8532); failure to pay fees by the due date, any behavior identified as resulting in enrolment cancellation as a result of student misconduct, failure to comply with Ruyton’s behaviour policy or code of conduct.
Cancellation of Enrolment. For post compulsory age students, enrolment may be cancelled for a period up to one year if a student fails to participate in the program of instruction.
Cancellation of Enrolment. 3.1. At the discretion of the Principal, and in addition to any other right of cancellation in this Enrolment Agreement, the enrolment of a student may be cancelled in the following circumstances:
3.1.1. The priority at Rossbourne is to educate children with learning difficulties. If behavioural issues significantly disrupt the learning of other students, threaten the health or safety of the student or other students, enrolment at the School would not be appropriate. If this occurs it would be necessary for parents/guardians to find an alternative school placement for the student.
3.1.2. The student or their parents/guardians fails to adhere to the School’s rules, regulations or policies (including the Student Code of Conduct and Parent Code of Conduct), or engages in conduct which is prejudicial to the School, its students or staff.
3.1.3. Tuition fees are not paid in full by the due date, or within such time as agreed by the School in writing.
3.1.4. The Principal considers that the relationship of trust and co-operation between the parents/guardians and the School, or its staff, has broken down irretrievably.
3.2. Unless otherwise agreed by the Principal, there will be no refund of tuition or other fees where a student’s enrolment is cancelled.
Cancellation of Enrolment. 11.1 At the discretion of the Principal, and in addition to any other right of cancellation in these Conditions of Enrolment, the enrolment of a student may be cancelled where:

d. the Principal considers that the relationship of trust and co-operation between the parent(s) and the School, or its staff, has broken down irretrievably
e. the student or their parent fails to meet visa requirements
11.2 Unless otherwise agreed by the Principal, there will be no refund of tuition or other fees where a student’s enrolment is cancelled.
Cancellation of Enrolment. 6.1 The School may cancel the Student's enrolment by giving notice of such cancellation to the Parent (or either of them, if more than one) on the grounds of:
6.1.1 the Student's unsatisfactory conduct or behaviour while attending school or any school activity or event;
6.1.2 the Student's out-of-hours behaviour, including behaviour towards other students or staff of the School, or members of the School community, which the Principal may reasonably believe could damage the reputation of the School or that is detrimental to the School, its staff or students;
6.1.3 the Student's school or class attendance is unacceptable;
6.1.4 the Student engages in misconduct or breaches a policy of the School which the Principal reasonably considers to be serious, including a breach of any student code of conduct;
6.1.5 the Student's academic progress is such that, in the opinion of the Principal, the Student is not benefiting from the courses and programs provided by the School;
6.1.6 a mutually beneficial relationship of trust and cooperation between the Parent and the School or any of its staff has broken down such that it adversely impacts on the ability of the School to provide a meaningful education to the Student;
6.1.7 the behaviour or conduct of the Parent towards the School or to any of its staff is, in the opinion of the Principal, unacceptable or breaches any parent code of conduct; or
6.1.8 circumstances exist whereby the ongoing enrolment of the Student is reasonably considered by the Principal to be untenable or is not in the best interests of the Student or the School.
6.2 The Parent will be liable for the payment of all Fees up to the day on which the Student's enrolment is cancelled by the School.
Cancellation of Enrolment a) St John’s Grammar School will cancel the enrolment of a student under the following conditions;
i) Failure to pay course fees
ii) Failure to maintain approved welfare and accommodation arrangements (visa condition 8532).
iii) Any behaviour identified as resulting in cancellation in St John’s Grammar School’s Behaviour Policy. o repeated bullying and harassment; o physical violence; o stealing; o dealing in illegal substances; o possession and/or use of an illegal substance; o drinking and/or possession of alcohol.
Cancellation of Enrolment. Stylists have three (3) days from the time of their enrolment to select not to be Stylist with Aviva. The purchase of a Starter Kit is not returnable or refundable.
Cancellation of Enrolment. You may cancel your Enrolment by providing us with 1 fortnightly debits’ notice, completing the Account Cancellation Request Form and paying any final fees owed. The minimum period of enrolment, (5 fortnightly direct debit payments) must be fulfilled in the first instance. Cancellation of Enrolment a. At its sole discretion, the School reserves the right to suspend a Student temporarily or permanently for any breach of School policy.
b. The School shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the School exercising their rights under this agreement.
c. The enrolment of the Student may be cancelled by the enrolling Parent(s) giving a minimum of 10 school weeks’ written notice in advance. For those children who have not yet commenced as Students of the School, enrolling Parent(s) are required to give a minimum of 20 school weeks’ written notice in advance. Failure to give the required notice will incur a fee equal to 10 weeks’ tuition fees.
d. Any refunds due and payable will be made to the person(s) responsible for the payment of the School Fees.
