Casual and Temporary Assignment During Layoff. (a) In the event that a Regular Employee on layoff accepts an offer to work as a casual or temporary employee, such Employee shall be governed by the Collective Agreement provisions applicable to casual and temporary Employee(s), however, such Employee’s recall status and seniority standing upon recall shall not be affected by the period of casual or temporary assignment.
