Certification Report. The term Certification Report shall mean the document prepared by INTERTEK designated as such, which identifies the Applicant, the Agent, the Grantee, the Responsible Party and the Product, and specifies INTERTEK Requirements for the Product, including the type and form of any marking which must be used on or in connection with the Product and related information.

Certification Report. If Contractor made a commitment to achieve DVBE participation for this Agreement with DVBE subcontractor(s), then upon completion of the work or upon the Agreement end date, whichever is earlier, Contractor shall certify in a DVBE Subcontracting Report to the CAO that DVBE subcontractor participation under this Agreement is in compliance with the goals specified at the time of award of the Agreement or with any subsequent amendment. The report shall include: (1) the total amount the Contractor received under this Agreement; (2) the name and address of the DVBE(s) that participated in the performance of the Agreement and the Agreement number; (3) the amount and percentage of work the Contractor committed to provide to one or more DVBEs under the requirements of the Agreement and the amount each DVBE received from the Contractor; (4) that all payments under the Agreement have been made to the DVBE(s); and (5) the actual percentage of DVBE participation that was achieved. Upon request by the Commission, the Contractor shall provide proof of payment for the work. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation. Military & Veterans Code section 999.5(d).

Certification Report. All applicable documents comprising a Submission Package relating to a Mortgage Loan with respect to which Custodian has assigned a Mortgage Loan Approval Code shall be delivered by Custodian in such reasonable order as Custodian may determine, via overnight courier in accordance with the Delivery Instructions on the applicable Delivery Date and under cover of a fully completed Bailee Letter prepared by Custodian. In those cases where a copy of any intervening mortgage assignment, or an unrecorded original of any intervening mortgage assignment are delivered to the Custodian, the related Seller shall cause the original of such instrument to be recorded. Upon receipt of one written approval from Purchaser, such written approval shall, unless Custodian receives a notice from Purchaser to the contrary, be deemed to apply to all Delivery Instructions delivered in the future by the related Seller that list such location. With respect to a Dry Transaction, Custodian must receive Purchaser's consent prior to making each and every delivery of a Dry Submission Package in accordance with the Delivery Instructions. Custodian shall deliver a Delivery Report to the related Seller and, upon request, to Purchaser by facsimile or electronic transmission. Following delivery by Custodian of the applicable portion of a Submission Package to a Takeout Investor, and subsequent to Purchaser's communication to Custodian that the Mortgage Loan has been purchased by the Takeout Investor, all remaining documents comprising such Submission Package shall be held by Custodian for 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days and then will be delivered by Custodian to the related Seller at such Seller's expense. If, on any Business Day, Custodian assigns a Mortgage Loan Suspension Code to any Submission Package, Custodian shall deliver to the related Seller, by facsimile or electronic transmission, a report detailing each such Suspension Package for which such Mortgage Loan Suspension Code was assigned. Certification Report. 1. Upon completion of the sound and in-flight examinations, data collected by sensors and from the calibration targets shall be examined jointly by the State Party conducting the certification and the States Parties taking part in the certification. These States Parties shall prepare a certification report which shall establish: (A) that the observation aircraft is of a type and model designated pursuant to Article V of the Treaty; (B) that the sensors installed on the observation aircraft are of a category provided for in Article IV, paragraph 1 of the Treaty and satisfy the requirements of Article IV, paragraph 2 of the Treaty; (C) that the technical information on sensors has been provided in accordance with Annex B, Section I to the Treaty; (D) in the event that the ground resolution of a sensor is dependent upon height above ground level, the minimum height above ground level at which each such sensor on an observation aircraft of that type and model may be operated during an observation flight pursuant to the limitation on ground resolution specified in Article IV, paragraph 2 of the Treaty; (E) in the event that the ground resolution is not dependent upon height above ground level, the ground resolution of each such sensor installed on an observation aircraft of that type and model, pursuant to the limitations on ground resolution specified in Article IV, paragraph 2 of the Treaty; and (F) that the covers for sensor apertures or other devices that inhibit the operation of sensors are in accordance with the provisions of Article IV, paragraph 4 of the Treaty. 2. A copy of the information for each sensor provided pursuant to Section I, paragraph 6 and Section II, paragraphs 3 and 8 of this Annex shall be attached to the certification report. 3. Copies of the certification report shall be provided to all other States Parties by the State Party conducting the certification. States Parties that did not take part in the certification shall not have the right to reject the conclusions contained in the certification report. 4. Certification Report. The Contractor shall prepare initial certification reports documenting results of all the steps outlined above for approval by the PSM.
