Change to duties. 15.1 By giving two weeks’ notice, the University may direct employees to temporarily undertake duties outside the scope of their classification and position description or expectations, so long as the duties are within the employee’s skill level and competency and it is safe to do so.

Change to duties. 1. Should a change to an individual bargaining unit member’s duties be proposed by any Party during the course of a bargaining unit member’s contract, the unit executive officer and the bargaining unit member shall mutually agree upon said change(s) or they shall not take effect. In circumstances where an individual bargaining member’s duties are changed to appreciably deviate from what is typically expected, specific job descriptions shall be developed and mutually agreed upon by the unit executive officer and bargaining unit member, including any adjustment to the member’s FTE, before the changed duties commence. Such changes will conform with the terms of this Agreement. No bargaining unit faculty member may be penalized, disciplined, or terminated for refusing expanded duty.

These duties must be student supervision oriented. Attendance at Back to School Night, Open House, Progress Report Night, Teacher Conferences is required unless specific prior approval is given to miss the meeting/event.

  • Other Duties The Transfer Agent may perform other duties for additional compensation if agreed to in writing by the parties to this Agreement.

  • Employee Duties The Employee agrees that they will act in accordance with this Agreement and with the best interests of the Employer in mind, which may or may not require them to present the best of their skills, experience, and talents, to perform all the duties required of the position.
