Changing your Booking. 1. With any room rate booking, subject to availability, you may change the length of stay, the room type and/or the scheduled date of arrival. You must notify us before midday, 24hrs to yourscheduled date of arrival, of any changes.

Changing your Booking. 6.1 If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued in accordance with clause 9, you wish to change your chosen dates for the Villa we will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate the changes but for the avoidance of doubt such requested changes may not be possible. Any request for a change must be made in writing from the individual who made the booking or by another individual acting on behalf of the person who made the booking. 6.2 Any change in dates you make within 14 days of your departure date will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation charges shown in clause 7 may apply. If you change your dates in accordance with clause 6.1 we will not be liable for any loss incurred in relation to the cancellation of any of your travel arrangements. 6.3 If for some reason we have to cancel your booking before you arrive at the Villa we shall use our reasonable endeavours and try to provide alternative accommodation at one of our other Villas or offer alternative dates for your use of the Villa. 6.4 Subject to 6.3 our total liability to you for cancellation by us will be limited to any amount you have already paid to us for the Villa. If we cancel before you arrive at the Villa we may at our discretion, on the production of valid receipts by you, reimburse any reasonable costs incurred by you in relation to the cancellation of your travel arrangements.
Changing your Booking. If you want to make any changes to your booking after we have issued a confirmation invoice, we will do our best to help. If we can meet your request, the total holiday cost will be recalculated in accordance with the new arrangement you request, taking into account under-occupancy supplements, flight supplements, any cancellation fees or other charges payable and the prices of your new holiday arrangements that apply on the day you ask for the change. We will charge you an amendment fee of a minimum of £25 per person. If you want to add any new persons to the booking, or add car hire or pre-bookable excursions and we are able to confirm such change, no amendment fee will be charged. Flights on scheduled airlines are based on APEX type fares and have restrictions on changing names, initials, etc., even before tickets are issued. If you request a name change due to incorrect details given by you, we reserve the right to pass on any airline charges which may increase significantly once tickets have been issued. If you lose your tickets, you will have to buy new tickets. Scheduled airlines, ferry and train operators usually charge the full ticket price, although most scheduled airlines now operate E tickets which significantly reduces the risk of loss.
Changing your Booking. All booking types You may change your booking (whether a ‘Pay Now’ or ‘Pay at Location’ booking) any time before the day you are due to pick-up the vehicle by calling Reservations or managing your booking online (if available). You may be able to change your booking on the pick-up day, but you will need to check with Reservations. We will send you a revised booking confirmation email confirming your new booking details and new amount paid to the email address you provided. ! All change requests will be subject to availability and may result in a price change, as the revised booking will be at prices available at the date of the change. If the ‘Pay Now’ amount at the end of the booking is: • More than the amount you paid us, you must pay the balance • Less than the amount you paid us then no refund will be given. However, if you wish to buy optional extras when you collect the vehicle, you may use the difference towards the cost of these optional extras. If you change your booking, your original booking will be cancelled and a new booking created. There is no charge for making a change. However, if the change has the same effect as a cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee. You may be entitled to a refund if you have made a new booking. Please contact Customer Services for more information. If you originally made a booking for an Avis Select Series vehicle and you change the location to one that does not offer Avis Select Series, you may not be able to get your chosen make and model.
Changing your Booking. 6.1. No changes may be made to any part of the booking without our express written approval. 6.2. If you want to change any detail of your confirmed booking you must let us know in writing as soon as possible, quoting your booking reference. 6.3. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any request for changes. Please note that it is not possible for us to change bookings less than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Any reduction in the number of nights will be treated as a partial cancellation and cancellation charges calculated in accordance with Clause 5.4 may apply. 6.4. If we do change your booking, you must pay us an administration fee of £25 to cover the costs we incur in making the change to your booking. You must also pay us any additional costs due as a result of the change – we will confirm the amount of any additional costs due at the time we change your booking. If the Property costs are lower as a result of the change, we will refund you the difference at the time we change your booking, after deducting the administration fee referred to above and, if applicable, any cancellation charges.
Changing your Booking. We understand that it can be difficult to predict precise requirements so the Booking Contract will be based on agreed minimum numbers for Your booking. You must inform Event Essex if You require any changes to the booking as soon as practicable and in any event within 4 weeks of the date of Your event. We may change the meeting rooms and/or dining areas if You want to change Your booking. A reduction in guest numbers may result in cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy. An increase in guest numbers is subject to availability. 4 weeks prior to the event date, We will confirm final numbers and Your catering schedule. If these have increased since the initial Booking Contract (and We have accepted the increase) We will issue You with an updated contract. If the numbers have decreased We will send You an updated programme to reflect the changes.

If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.
